00:00We expected the New York Knicks to hold serve on their home floor in game number five.
00:04Keep this series and their season afloat, staving off elimination.
00:09But Indiana understood they would have another home game to win it on their own home floor.
00:14To advance the NBA Finals for the first time in two and a half decades.
00:19And that's exactly what the Pacers accomplished.
00:21A 125-108 win on Saturday night in game number six.
00:26Indiana covers as a three and a half point home favorite.
00:30A total of 222 and a half.
00:32Even in an elimination game, skies to the over.
00:35The Pacers are parting like it's 2000 into the NBA Finals for the first time in 25 years.
00:42And actually should be a pretty good Finals too.
00:44We'll get to some of the numbers, which let us know that you probably won't have a competitive Finals.
00:48But I don't know if that's the case here.
00:50But the one thing we do know is the Indiana Pacers are the truth, man.
00:53You get through that.
00:53Look, it's, you know, entering into the playoffs.
00:56You say, well, Pacers.
00:57It's like, I don't, again, getting back to the point where nobody was talking about the Pacers.
01:01I think they can make a run or win a championship here.
01:03Because why?
01:04It was the Boston Celtics.
01:06Yeah, we thought they would be in the Eastern Conference Finals.
01:08Taking on who?
01:08The Cleveland Cavaliers.
01:10Neither one of those teams made it.
01:11Because the New York Knicks knocked out the Celtics and the Pacers easily dispatched of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
01:15But here we are in a six-game win for the Pacers.
01:18And you say, like, boy, what can they do in the Finals?
01:21They were the better team than the Knicks.
01:22It wasn't a surprise to Ben and Donnie here on the early line by saying, well, who's going to win this series?
01:26We thought it was going to be the Pacers.
01:27Just didn't think it would be in a game five.
01:29And it wasn't because you had a home court advantage for the Knicks.
01:32We knew that they would throw the kitchen sink.
01:34But game number six, you were lying in wait, understanding that you could not force a game seven and go there, win it.
01:40Say, you know what, Pacers?
01:41Handle your business in game number seven.
01:42It felt like games five and six, Ben, for me, were paint by numbers.
01:46Love the Knicks in game number five.
01:48Love the Pacers in game number six.
01:50And it played out that way.
