00:00When I was growing up, more, you know, high school, I was always focusing and ruminating
00:10on thoughts like, you know, how unfair it was and, you know, thinking about, like, what
00:17the future is going to be and, like, why did it have to happen to me? And, you know, it
00:22was, it was obviously making it worse because my, my, I guess my perception of myself was
00:27that I'm different and I'm, I'm defective, but it was when I started, I guess, coming
00:33to terms and saying, okay, well, this is a part of me, like this, this is my hand. I
00:39learned more to embrace it. You know, I found, I found humor in the amount of keyboards I broke
00:47and I could then, I, you know, I started setting a good example and I started leading by example
00:56and helping people like, like younger kids with Tourette's. And it was with that attitude
01:02I thought, well, you know, this is, this is something I'm going to use and not let it define
01:06me.
