00:06I am pleased to see the formation of this commission and look forward to hearing the opening statements of the commissioner.
00:14This is a commission that we had to have after uncovering the detail and data of the child census,
00:22the disturbing and horrific, traumatising incidents, facts, children's self-harming, committing suicide, sexual assault.
00:34We need to get to the bottom of what is this broken child safety system.
