00:01:02remember and on the staff and on the stop for the Patriots and the Patriots defense their front

00:01:08three as julius adams continues to get a start with toby williams injured his front three mates

00:01:14are dennis owens and kenneth sims their linebackers don blackman although he's a bit injured will start

00:01:21johnny rembert in place of mcgrew who has that knee injury and nelson and tippet what a game tippet had

00:01:26last week in the defensive backs lippet and claiborne and marion and james teams like to work against

00:01:32lippet second and nine the 33 the bird throwing and he's completing to kevin house and house has a

00:01:40first down you said now our pregame introductions he'd be the man bob and you're one for one that's

00:01:48right len you're going to see an example here of of ronnie lippet giving a lot of room for kevin

00:02:27fred marion ran him out on the far side the nfl's leading rusher all-time tampa bay running back if

00:02:35he scores a touchdown today he'll be their all-time point leader james wilder len he's an amazing guy

00:02:41he's not only the league's leading rusher he's a leading gainer yards from scrimmage both running

00:02:46the ball and receiving here he gets outside pretty good blocking inside but a lot of speed for a big

00:02:51man he's a throwback if if this were 20 years ago and playing two-way football james wilder would be

00:02:57a star linebacker as well right an 11-yard pickup for wilder the one back formation first down at

00:03:03the pats 42 the bucks are moving the bird overthrows looking for gerald carter with ronnie lippett

00:03:11covering on the near side so it's the first offensive play that really hasn't clicked for tampa bay thus far

00:03:16they are a high scoring team despite their own seven record the bird put 38 points on the board

00:03:21against miami in a losing cause last week in the orange bowl they've been a little sporadic

00:03:27over the last few games len they've played hot and cold and de berg had his finest game as a pro as a

00:03:33buccaneer last week taking apart the dolphin secondary he did it largely to jimmy giles he tied in

00:03:39that's right i think today he'll go more to his wideouts giles had four touchdown catches last week

00:03:44it's jerry bell in motion second and ten wilder and he slips and goes down oh i don't know if the

00:03:51turf is wet we did have rain this morning but wilder's feet went out from under him and maybe it is a bit

00:03:56slippery on the far side this will be third and twelve for the bucks i don't think the ground

00:04:01conditions was a big factor there lynn i think that wilder had nowhere to run and out of desperation

00:04:06tried to cut back in the inside what made that play for the patriot defense was number 55 big don

00:04:12blackman who's playing today despite a very painful injury a beat they blocked by the tight end jimmy

00:04:18giles and and broke contain and left james wilder with nowhere to run there's house and he's got

00:04:25theo bell the former stealer and gerald carter he's two wide receivers on the far side and carter

00:04:30goes in motion third and long and the bird completes it to theo bell

00:04:35simple little out pattern lynn ronnie lippett again playing off the ball giving theo bell plenty of

00:04:45room you're going to see theo bell drive about eight nine yards downfield and right hand of your right

00:04:58buccaneers so far lynn an interesting balance of run and pass the bird mixing the plays up they're

00:05:17wilder has daylight another tampa bay first down inside the patriots 20 fred marion finally caught up

00:05:25with wilder excellent blocking up front land you're going to see the buccaneers running to their left

00:05:30hand side all day long today at least they're going to try to the reason for that is george arno on the

00:05:35left hand side a little counter play wilder faking to his left tucking into the left behind number 68

00:05:42rick mallory there pulling and trapping but the buccaneers are going to be running primarily to

00:05:46their left today behind george arno and steve corson they're two very underrated left side offensive

00:05:52linemen and sean farrell their right guard didn't even dress today so that's another reason why they're

00:05:59going left first down at the pats 18. this time wilder stacked up roland james finally grabbed them by

00:06:06the ankles after kenneth sims made the first hit in the backfield so that time they stop him he's

00:06:12already picked up 25 yards today but it's interesting with wilder his first four games this year

00:06:16he gained over 100 yards a game the last three he has not reached the century mark no he's not he

00:06:23hasn't reached the century mark the last three games but he had 98 yards and 96 yards last week against

00:06:28miami he's a factor the real value of james wilder is even when he's not carrying the ball

00:06:32he opens up uh holes in the defense because they have to key on him second to nine at the patriots 16

00:06:38the bird to jimmy giles

00:06:44the ball is loose roland james falls on it the bucks are saying touchdown the patriots say they

00:06:53have the ball the signal is touchdown more importantly the referees are saying touchdown what do they say

00:38:44sideline and maybe there's something with james a very durable running back but he is pacing and

00:39:38they're not as likely to give you the interference call i agree with you one year ago that would

00:39:42have been a flag third and eleven three wide receivers in for steve the berg and the buccaneers
