Shadow Chancellor Mel Stride expresses his concern over the “terrible scenes” in Liverpool after a car ploughed into crowds during a Liverpool FC's Premier League victory parade on Monday evening. Stride calls it a "very sad day for Liverpool". A 53-year-old man thought to be the driver, is currently in police custody.
