Liverpool Car Attack: Police have revealed shocking details about the 53-year-old white British man who rammed his car into a crowd celebrating Liverpool FC’s Premier League victory. The horrifying incident took place during the team's parade on Water Street, injuring at least 50 people, including four children—two of whom are in serious condition. Authorities confirmed the suspect is from the Liverpool area and have ruled out terrorism.

01:10Extensive enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances leading up to the collision.

01:22Sadly four of the injured were children who were enjoying the day with their friends and their families.
01:27We can confirm that our teams treated 20 patients at the scene for minor injuries and these did not need hospital treatment.
01:3727 patients in total were taken to hospital by ambulance and we believe two of those, including one of the children, have sustained serious injuries.
01:46On arrival the crews were met with numerous injured people and four persons trapped under a vehicle.
01:54Our crews rapidly lifted the vehicle, removed three adults and one child from beneath and passed them to our ambulance service colleagues.
02:01It has cast a very dark shadow over what had been a joyous day for the city and the finale to a fabulous bank holiday weekend.
