00:00Any questions, please?
00:02Mr. President, you welcome white Afrikaner refugees here.
00:05Can you explain to Americans why it's appropriate to welcome white Afrikaners here
00:09when other refugees like Afghans, Venezuelans, Haitians have all had their protective status revoked?
00:17Well, this is a group, NBC, that is truly fake news.
00:23They ask a lot of questions in a very pointed way.
00:25They're not questions, they're statements.
00:27We've had tremendous complaints about Africa, about other countries too, from people.
00:35They say there's a lot of bad things going on in Africa, and that's what we're going to be discussing today.
00:40When you say we don't take others, all you have to do is take a look at the southern border.
00:45We let 21 million people come through our border, totally unchecked, totally unvetted.
00:50They came from all over the world.
00:52In many cases, they're criminals.
00:54They come from prisons.
00:55They come from mental institutions.
00:56They come from street gangs.
00:58They're drug dealers.
00:59So don't say that we didn't take them.
01:01We take them.
01:02We're trying to get them out as fast as we can.
01:04And we're doing record business on that.
01:06And we just won a big case where we're allowed to send back hundreds of criminals to Venezuela.
01:13Just won that today in the Supreme Court.
01:15I'm happy to hear.
01:16But we do have a lot of people who are very concerned with regard to South Africa.
01:24And that's really the purpose of the meeting.
01:26And we'll see how that turns out.
01:28But we have many people that feel they're being persecuted and they're coming to the United States.
01:33So we take from many, many locations if we feel there's persecution or genocide going on.
01:41And we had a lot of people.
01:43I must tell you, Mr. President, we have had a tremendous number of people, especially since they've seen this.
01:49Generally, they're white farmers and they're fleeing South Africa.
01:55And it's a very sad thing to see.
01:57But I hope we can have an explanation of that because I know you don't want that.
02:03And it's, you know, it's a kind of a different meeting.
02:07Normally, we have meetings.
02:08We talk about trade.
02:09And we'll be talking about trade and other things.
02:11But that certainly will be a subject that comes up.
02:14Yeah.
