00:00I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, in the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
00:15All praise is due to Allah alone, and may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon those who have no prophet after him,
00:23and upon all those who follow him and follow him in a good way.
00:29O Allah, send blessings upon our Master and Master Muhammad and upon his family and companions.
00:38Respected viewers and listeners, peace be upon you.
00:47With the program, Listen and Recite, your host, Muhammad Suhail Raza Amjadi, is present at your service.
00:58Respected viewers and listeners, you know that we start the program with the Quran and Hadith.
01:07Since it is the season of Hajj, we will talk about this.
01:11I mentioned the wisdom of the circumambulation of the Ka'bah.
01:20After the circumambulation, we usually come to the Maqam-e-Ibraheem and pray.
01:30What is the reason for this? What is the wisdom behind this?
01:35What is the wisdom behind this? This Maqam has been made so memorable,
01:40that Allah has commanded those who circumambulate the Ka'bah to do so twice a day.
01:49The reason for this is that the Maqam-e-Ibraheem is clear from its name.
01:59Ibrahim A.S. was standing on this stone and was constructing the Ka'bah.
02:06As it is well known that Ibrahim A.S. was constructing the Ka'bah.
02:12Ismail A.S. was lifting bricks and stones and giving them to Ibrahim A.S.
02:19The inscriptions of Ibrahim A.S. are still present on this stone.
02:29Muslims all over the world see them.
02:33Ibrahim A.S. was related to Khalil A.S.
02:39Khalil A.S. was standing on this stone and was constructing the Ka'bah.
02:46This Maqam has been made so memorable,
02:51that Allah has commanded those who circumambulate the Ka'bah to do so twice a day.
02:58Surah Baqarah Ayat 125
03:01Allah has commanded those who circumambulate the Ka'bah to do so twice a day.

03:19It is also said that I read in a narration of the construction of the Ka'bah,
03:25that standing on this Maqam,
03:28which is the famous prayer of Ibrahim A.S.
03:31After the construction of the Ka'bah was completed,
03:35when Ibrahim A.S. prayed,
03:37Allah said,
03:51This is a very important prayer.
03:54It is mentioned in Surah Baqarah Ayat 129.
04:02This prayer is known as Ibrahim's prayer.
04:06Prophet Ibrahim A.S. himself said,
04:17Prophet Ibrahim A.S. said,
04:33It is said that Prophet Ibrahim A.S. asked for this prayer on this stone.

11:24Welcome back viewers and listeners.
11:26Let's go to today's program.
11:28Viewers, we have written the names.
11:33Let's see how many words are there.
11:35Qala
11:38Ghalabu
11:42Lanattakhidanna
11:46Qala
11:51Ghalabu
12:00Lanattakhidanna
12:03Qala
12:21Lanattakhidanna
12:23Now let's see how many letters are there.
12:27Ala is the first letter.
12:30There is also Ala here.
12:33There is only one letter here.
12:36Ala
12:44There are eight words in total.
12:47There are four names, three words and one letter.
13:00Viewers, let's start with Asma.
13:03The first name is Al-Ladhina.
13:05Al-Ladhina is a collective name.
13:08And the meaning of collective is to be united.
13:12Because it is linked to its source.
13:17It is united.
13:19That's why it is called a collective name.
13:22And it is used for plural.
13:25It means
13:26Those people who are Jinn.
13:30And if there is any other meaning,
13:33then it can also be taken as collective.
13:37After this is Amr.
13:39Amr is also called Kam.
13:41Amr is also called Hukum.
13:43Here Amr means Kam.
13:46Amr means Kam.
13:48Him is a collective noun.
13:51A collective noun can be connected or separated.
13:56If it is connected, then Hum and Him are in both forms.
14:01In the form of being connected.
14:04And if it is separated, then it is only in the form of Hum.
14:08Hum or Him.
14:10It means they are all.
14:14After this is Masjida.
14:16Masjid is from Nasara Yansuru.
14:20It has Zarf.
14:22It has Zarf which indicates time.
14:26It indicates time or house.
14:28Because it has Zarf.
14:30Zarf of time and Zarf of house.
14:33Then it is known from Qareena that it is for house or time.
14:37It is for time.
14:39So Masjid is on the weight of Maf'il.
14:42It means the place of prostration.
14:45Or time of prostration.
14:47It can be of both meanings.
14:49Zarf of time.
14:51Zarf of place of prostration.
14:53Zarf of place of prostration.
14:55Zarf of place of prostration means Masjid is the place of prostration.
15:00Masjid is called Masjid because Muslims go there and pray.
15:05It is the place of prostration.
15:07We also use it in Urdu.
15:11May Allah bless our Masjid.
15:15May Allah enable us to offer the five daily prayers in congregation.
15:20And may Allah enable women to offer the five daily prayers in their homes.
15:26After this, we move to the next action.

15:39He said.
15:41Qaula al-lazeena ghalabu.
15:43The one who has won.
15:47He has done his work.
15:49That is why it means he said.
15:52Qaula is the source of Qaul.
15:55Qaul means speech.
15:57We use it in Urdu.
16:03Ghalabu is a well-known action in the past.
16:05Seegha Jamma Muzakar Ghaib.
16:07It means he has won.
16:09He has won.
16:11Or all of them have won.
16:14After this, we move to the next action.

16:22Seegha Jamma Mutakallim.
16:24In the past, it was Lama Taqid.
16:27In the beginning, Lama was added.
16:29In the end, Noon was added.
16:32When Lama and Noon are in the beginning and end.
16:35This action is called Lama Taqid Banoon Taqid.
16:39This action is known as Lama Taqid Banoon Taqid.
16:42Seegha Jamma Mutakallim.
16:44It means we will definitely win.
16:48Lana Taqhidana means we will win.
16:51Lana Taqhidana means we will definitely win.
16:54Lana Taqhidana means we will definitely win.

17:12Ladies and gentlemen,

19:23قَالَ الَّذِينَ غَلَبُوا عَلَىٰ أَمْرِهِمْ لَا نَتَّخِذَنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ مَسْجِدًا
19:44Now we will recite with attention as you hear or read in Namaz-e-Taraweeh
20:04Now we will recite with attention as you hear or read in Fard Namaz
20:29The recitation was completed and with the completion of the recitation, the first segment of our program was completed
20:38Now we will move to the second segment
20:41Tafheem-ul-Qur'an is the second segment of our program
20:46First, we will recite the translation of each letter
20:51After that, we will recite the easy-to-understand translation
20:55And finally, we will recite the easy-to-understand Tafseer
21:03First, we will recite the translation of each letter
21:08قَالَ وَبُلَىٰ
21:13قَالَ وَبُلَىٰ
21:23قَالَ وَبُلَىٰ
21:41قَالَ وَبُلَىٰ
21:53قَالَ وَبُلَىٰ
22:06قَالَ وَبُلَىٰ
22:17Ladies and gentlemen, this was the easy-to-understand translation
22:20Now we will recite the Tafseer but we will take a short break
22:26Welcome back ladies and gentlemen
22:28Let's move on to today's program
22:31Ladies and gentlemen, now we will recite the Tafseer
22:35The Tafseer that we will recite is from Ayat 19-20
22:49In which the companions woke up from their sleep and sent one of their companions to the city
22:56We have already recited the whole incident
22:59In this incident, it has been proven that if a Muslim appoints a lawyer in his case
23:07It is proven from the Holy Qur'an and also from the Ahadith
23:12First of all, we will tell you what is the meaning of Waqalat
23:18First of all, we will tell you what is the linguistic and legal meaning of Waqalat
23:24The companions sent one of their companions to buy food from the city
23:31It has been proven that if a Muslim appoints a lawyer in his case
23:35It has been proven that if a Muslim appoints a lawyer in his case
23:41It has been proven that if a Muslim appoints a lawyer in his case
23:44It has been proven that if a Muslim appoints a lawyer in his case
23:48The linguistic meaning of Tawqeel is to appoint someone
23:56The linguistic meaning of Tawqeel is to appoint someone
23:59And appointing someone in a case is the position of a lawyer
24:06And appointing someone in a case is the position of a lawyer
24:14Remember that a person should make his non-believer his own position in a known operation
24:22Remember that a person should make his non-believer his own position in a known operation
24:23So that even if the operation is not known, a minor operation will be proven for the lawyer
24:29And that is to protect the thing of the lawyer
24:32And there is a book in which it is mentioned that if a person says to another person
24:39I have made you a lawyer of my property
24:41So with these words he becomes a lawyer of the property of his client
24:47What are the principles of a lawyer?
24:49When a person says to someone that I made you a lawyer to buy or sell this thing
24:55Then the lawyer is right
24:57Accepting a lawyer is not a condition for a healthy lawyer
25:01But when the lawyer rejected the lawyer, then the lawyer will not be right
25:05If the lawyer is not being accepted, then the lawyer is not right
25:08When a person appoints a non-believer as a lawyer
25:12And if a person informs him to make him a lawyer, then he will become a lawyer
25:17Whether the informer is good or bad
25:24Whether he gave the news from his side or the message was conveyed by the lawyer
25:28Whether the lawyer confirmed it or denied it
25:30If someone gives him the news that you have made a lawyer of your property
25:36Then he will become a lawyer
25:38What are the conditions for a lawyer?
25:40A naive and ignorant child cannot become a lawyer
25:44Similarly, it is not right for a smart child to become a lawyer of things that he does not own
25:51Divorce, charity, charity, etc.
25:54Things that are harmful to the world
25:57And it is right to make a lawyer of such things
26:01Like accepting charity and charity without the permission of the saint
26:05Those activities that are between profit and loss
26:09Like buying and selling, giving something on rent
26:12If he has been allowed to trade in these things
26:15Then it is right to make him a lawyer in these things
26:18And if his saint has not allowed him to trade in these things
26:22Then making him a lawyer will also be based on the permission of the saint
26:26What are the conditions for a lawyer?
26:30For a lawyer, it is important that he is wise and not crazy
26:35Neither a child is smart nor an adult
26:39Being free and free is a condition for a lawyer
26:45And for a slave, it is not right to make him a lawyer
26:50It is important for a lawyer to know that he has been made a lawyer
26:53Otherwise, what is the benefit?
26:55And if a Muslim has made a warrior a lawyer in Dar-ul-Harb
26:59And a Muslim is in Dar-ul-Islam, then this lawyer is not right
27:02Dar-ul-Harb is where acting on something of Islam
27:09Or acting on someone of the poets of Islam
27:13If Muslims are not allowed to pray there
27:17Or fasting is not allowed
27:19Or permission to accept a poet from the poets of Islam
27:22Then it is called Dar-ul-Harb
27:24And at the moment, there is no such thing here
27:27If someone is sad, then it is a different thing
27:30But in Dar-ul-Kufr, Muslims are allowed to worship
27:35Similarly, if a warrior has made a Muslim a lawyer in Dar-ul-Islam
27:40Then this lawyer is not right
27:42And viewers, what are the conditions for a lawyer?
27:47There are two types of rights, the rights of Allah and the rights of people
27:51There are two types of rights of Allah
27:53There is a type in which there is a condition to claim
27:56Such as the limit of blasphemy and the limit of theft
27:58According to Imam Azam-ul-Hanifa and Imam Muhammad
28:00Making a lawyer in this matter is permissible
28:03Whether the lawyer is present or absent
28:05And there is a type in which there is no condition to claim
28:08The limit of adultery, the limit of alcoholism
28:10It is not permissible to make a lawyer in this
28:12In proving the limit of blasphemy and the limit of theft
28:16It is permissible to make a lawyer in proving the wealth of a thief
28:20There are two types of rights of people
28:22One type in which it is not permissible to fulfill the limit with doubt
28:26Such as Qisas
28:28According to Imam Azam-ul-Hanifa and Imam Muhammad
28:30It is permissible to make a lawyer in proving the Qisas
28:33And if the lawyer is present, then it is permissible to make a lawyer
28:43If he is absent, then it is not permissible to make a lawyer
28:46And there is a type of rights of people
28:49Which is permissible to obtain in spite of doubt
28:52Such as loans, things, and all rights
28:55It is permissible to make a lawyer in proving a loan or something special
29:02And in addition to Qisas, it is permissible to make a lawyer
29:05With the consent of the opposing party in other rights
29:08And it is also permissible to make a lawyer to prove the right in excuses
29:14It is permissible to make a lawyer in buying and selling, renting, Nikah, Talaq, Khula, Sula, Istiara, Hiba, Sadqa, Amanat, Hukook Kabza, Qarza, Rahan, etc
29:32It is not permissible to make a lawyer in excuses
29:35Such as choosing wood and grass, extracting minerals
29:40So the thing that the lawyer got is his
29:42Viewers, just like we make a lawyer in buying and selling
29:49Similarly, in Nikah, a girl makes a lawyer for her relative
29:56And then you see that the lawyer is in front of the Nikah Khan
30:01And the Nikah Khan accepts him
30:04The groom is present and the girl's lawyer is present
30:12But despite this, the marriage is accepted
30:14So this happens because of the lawyer
30:16That is why I have mentioned all these things in your service
30:19And it is also in the Hadith
30:21Abu Musa, may Allah be pleased with him, said
30:23The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said
30:25The one who is a Muslim Khazin Ameen
30:27And whoever is ordered to give him
30:29Whether it is Sadqat-e-Farziya or Nafliya
30:31He should give it to him with full happiness
30:34Whoever he was ordered to give
