02:21Someone like Diakite is a new player at the club.
02:24So you've got different players in different parts of their careers, different parts of their Albion careers.
02:29You've got relatively tiny earners.
02:33You've got big earners.
02:35You've got younger players.
02:36You've got, well, I say younger players, actually.
02:38Most of those we've just mentioned there are heading towards the late 20s, aren't they?
02:45I think you'd be right in saying.
02:47So all of those factors come into it.
02:50But certainly with those just a year away now, any functioning stable club, which Albion are under Bilkel,
02:59and that's how they, you know, want to be perceived to be, certainly.
03:04And they will show that with their appointing of this head coach as well, by the way.
03:09And we have to say, like any would-be head coach, while these decisions are largely Bilkel-led now,
03:16they will lean on the unknown head coach appointment to this.
03:21So it's a little difficult to gauge.
03:23But look, there are clearly players there, aren't there, within that, who I think, do they want to go and play elsewhere?
03:31It may be easy to say, look, they're happy to have another season here, being a bit-part player,
03:37starting, well, I don't know, a dozen league games.
03:40And coming off the bench the odd week, it's being on the periphery, what motivates them type thing, you know?
03:46But there are players within that who are more important players to Albion still at this stage.
03:52I mentioned Alex Mowat, important midfielder for the club, only renewed last summer, didn't they?
03:57I don't think he's had quite the season he had the season before, but I think he's still been,
04:02you know, I think he's still had a relatively decent season, Alex Mowat, I think you could say.
04:06I don't think it's been any better than that.
04:09I don't think he's been any worse than that.
04:12You know, Colin Grant, I mean, that's a fascinating conversation, if you ever could imagine one, isn't it?
04:21I mean, that, yeah, wow.
04:25Six years ago, that deal, wasn't it?
04:26Sorry, five years ago, as we speak.
04:28Six-year deal.
04:30Six-year deal.
04:34And obviously, it was a hefty old fee that was spread across that, wasn't it, as reported at the time and as we understand.
04:41So, look, I think it's probably an easy thing to say,
04:44but it's exactly the sort of deal that the club needs to be avoiding, getting away from.
04:50And I liked Colin Grant as a younger player, coming up through the levels.
04:53I saw a lot of him chart on Huddersfield.
04:55I liked the season he's had.
04:57You know, here's a little debate for us to have, Johnny.
05:01If you're Bilko, you've seen Albert in this season.
05:03The first half of the season, Grant was maybe immense.
05:06He's getting carried away, but he was excellent, wasn't he?
05:08Yeah, really.
05:10Colin Grant had an excellent first half of the season.
05:13And, you know, for whatever reason.
05:17And look, Tony Mowbray took him outside, really, didn't he?
05:19Mikey Johnson came into it a bit more.
05:21And, like, it's tailed for him.
05:24But, you know, and again, we don't know the finances of how does a sale of Colin Grant for X amount of pounds,
05:33how does that quite work within what the, you know, the payment structure to Huddersfield,
05:37that kind of thing across his deal.
05:38Tricky one to answer.
05:40Jed Wallace, someone I've been meaning to mention.
05:42He just hasn't featured, has he?
05:44Injury for the last couple of months, but just hasn't featured.
05:48Had it really tough.
05:50I'm not saying for a second I think he'd necessarily want to or be desperate to leave.
05:54But I think I very, very easily see a world this summer where, you know,
05:59the likes of himself, the club, another party.
06:03I think, you know, this could be a good deal for all involved here.
06:06You know, Jed could go somewhere.
06:07Yeah, they're still in this division and play regularly.
06:10You know, play at least half, I mean, start at least half of the games, maybe north of 30 games.
06:16Is he going to do it here now?
06:20What has he turned 31?
06:22I think, and we're talking about players whose deals are up in 2026 here, Johnny.
06:26The other elephant in the room is someone like Tom Fellows.
06:28You know, is he going to be here beyond the summer?
06:30Because as far as I'm aware or think, I'd imagine that's unlikely.
06:35So, you know, that's a big one to look at.
06:38I think we said, didn't we, in pods much earlier in the season when things were more optimistic that the only way Fellows might be here next season.
06:46And I know he's had a dip as if Albina are in the Premier League.
06:49And obviously that's not happening.
06:52So, yeah, look, there's situations all over, isn't there?
06:57And it's, you know, we've gone on and on about the rebuild and the scale of it.
