A video of the tourist's angry outburst has gone viral on social media platforms. The viral video suggests the guest was angry because his credit card was held by the hotel staff for payment. However, one of his relatives had apparently already paid for the room bookings. Therefore, he accused the hotel of charging them twice and lost his cool during the conversation.
