Bangkok airport suitcase thieves

A couple were arrested after they were caught stealing expensive designer suitcases from a baggage carousel at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport. Airport staff noticed the pair – a Canadian and a Chinese national – after a US tourist filed a complaint about her missing US$5,000 Rimowa suitcase. The couple admitted they targeted expensive items of luggage to sell at a cut-price in China.
