00:00I actually never had that conversation with my father, but I just had that conversation with my son.

00:06I pulled him into a room. It was just he and I talking. I said, hey, listen.

00:16You're turning into a young man, and so you're at a point in your life where you have to shower every single day,

00:21and you have to put deodorant under your arms every single time.

00:24Good, right? I mean, that's a standard talk, right?

00:26Casey, the reason we had the talk with my son, who's 12, is because he stunk.

00:30And it was one of those things where it's like, dude, you need to shower more.

00:34But it's embarrassing when you hear that.

00:35And when you do shower, you need to wear deodorant because there's an effect,

00:38and it's just what happens when you get a little bit older.

00:41But he needs to do it because he's going to get made fun of.

00:45He'll be the stinky. I don't want to have the stinky kid.

00:49One thing I didn't do throughout my entire school, and I've mentioned this on the air before,

00:54and this is junior high and high school, I never wash my gym clothes. Ever.

01:26And now that I remember, I do remember associating smell with, I think, my own body odor.

02:29people, Caucasians, get wet, they smell like dogs.
