00:00now there's another bill this one out of kentucky that was supposed to allow sex with so-called

00:14not incest in kentucky legislation has been introduced relating to how it would be legally

00:22referred to when someone had sex with their first cousin oh my god representative nick wilson and

00:28proposed house bill 269 not a joke which would remove the label of incest pertaining to first

00:35cousins having sex holy crap so you would legally be allowed to ban a where is this kentucky you'd be

00:42legally allowed to bang a first cousin there and not have it considered incest if passed it would

00:48strike first cousin from the list of family relationships defined as unlawful incest in the

00:55state how messed up am i it would also drop the penalty from being a class d felony unless it's

01:02combined with something else how messed up am i as a representative to put this bill together

01:09anybody can be one of those that's it right anybody can be a representative you're right yeah you're

01:16right so this blew up yesterday and he has since backtracked saying the original version of his bill

01:22was a mistake oh and he's going to refile a corrected version which places first cousins

01:29back on the list of relationships which would be included under the incense incest statute so this

01:37is survivor winner yes what he's so that's all it took winner turned kentucky lawmaker right so like

01:45you just got a little bit of fame this is our politics now yeah you got a little bit of fame

05:55you keep thinking it's been off the air for like 20 years right well because to me it's been off

06:01the air since season three i think season three was when i was like you know what i've seen enough

06:08this is everything wrong with american politics right here yeah it is like in a nutshell in a nutshell

06:13apparently he ran unopposed unopposed oh that's the best way to do it that's the best way to do it

06:19and there's a bunch of states where you can legally marry your first cousin still so

06:23of course i can name him i bet i can name him yeah why is this guy this is his big thing i don't know

06:30what is west virginia he says it was a mistake he says it was what is a mistake god didn't mean
