Dave & Chuck the Freak talk about a man in Iowa who was arrested after he was caught on video trespassing on a neighbor's property and painting their plants. They try to track him down for a conversation but only come up with a picture of his house.

00:00be glad you don't live next to this guy but kudos for creativity a 64-year-old guy in iowa

00:13named doug cuistra is facing charges for painting his neighbor's plants painting them

00:22painting them he got arrested the other day police say there is security footage of him

00:28walking onto the property and applying green paint to some of their plants outside it seems

00:36he wasn't happy that his neighbors weren't taking care of their plants and they were dying

00:42so he decided to paint them green so he wouldn't have to look at dead plants

00:54it is not the first time he has vandalized someone's property in a creative way earlier

01:03this year he got arrested a couple of times in the span of six days don't know if it's the same

01:08neighbor or not but uh back in may he dismantled someone's porch lights that were apparently

01:14too bright a little too bright better take care of those and he directed their floodlights onto

01:23their house that he thought were shining too closely to his house this guy needs a hobby

01:29yeah he does he's one of those old guys that just sits at his house and looks around

01:33see stuff that he finds there's a problem with can you imagine being so upset

01:38with your neighbor's dead plants that you paint them green no

01:44oh that's looney tunes he wants to come over i got about five dead bushes in my backyard that

01:51have been soaking in water in the last couple years you can go paint those green

01:54cops think that he also removed a bunch of flags that were part of a memorial day display

02:00and that he broke someone else's motion sensor light that he thought was too bright too

03:27i want to hear this guy's voice because i feel like he has a booming voice because i'm picturing

03:32like moses or god you know and he's like your plants are dead now they're green but i feel like

03:39he might have a high-pitched uh southern i'm sure it's insane your plants are dead your plants are

06:21oh it's like all painted up and stuff really oh so maybe he's taking like policing the neighborhood

06:49colored it with crayons oh no we don't want to guys he's officially the worst neighbor anywhere

06:56right he's real bad he his house is multi-colored it's like someone just took cans of spray paint

07:03to all sorts of different parts of it he likes to paint everything right that's his thing but his

07:09yard's disgusting and he's worried about his neighbor's plants not being alive he is cuckoo

07:14crazy gandalf would have loved to see what you were up to but it was not meant to be and it's

07:21probably a good thing god knows what he would have said yeah who knows yeah it would have been good
