00:00Well, Carter sounds like a great guy.

00:01He said he's never connected with a woman like he connected with Jennifer.

00:05And, you know, he said she laughed at his jokes.

00:11And they had a great time.

00:12So he's now wondering why she's not calling him back.

00:15So it sounded like a great date.

00:28I know this is a very big ask and it's weird and kind of awkward.

00:32We want to talk to you about a guy you want to date with.

00:36And his name is Carter.

00:40Let me just tell you what Carter told us.

00:42He said you guys met on Hinge.

00:43You guys went to BJ's.

00:44He said he's really never connected with somebody like he connected with you.

00:52And the bottom line is he really wants to see you again.

00:55But he hasn't been able to get a hold of you to set up another date.

00:58And I guess you kind of just been blowing him off and not responding to him.

01:02And he kind of wants to know what's going on.

01:04So what's the deal?

01:05Because he sounds like a nice guy.

01:10It's just, you know, I get the sense that he's just moving way too fast.

01:47I think it's nice they get together.

01:49But I just think it's a little too early to include me in that.

01:52And the other thing is that his mom actually reached out to me on Facebook

01:56and sent me a direct message.

01:58And I was like, who is this person?

02:01So, I mean, they're very nice.

02:03I'm glad they get together and everything.

02:05But, like, that's just too much too soon.

02:07We've only been out once.

02:08I mean, several times I could understand, I guess.

02:24I mean, it's really nice, but it's too much too soon.

02:29Again, I have to go back to, I think that's cool that he thinks so highly of you.

02:32But having his mom reach out to you is a lot after one date.

02:37Okay, well, I think we both can agree, Jennifer, that he's a nice guy, right?

02:48And I want to give him a chance just to respond to what you had to say

03:06I guess I thought that maybe she was feeling the same way I was feeling.

03:10And, you know, after the day and, you know, I'm close with my mother and my family

03:15and I talked to my mother about it the next day

03:17and my mother suggested inviting her over for Sunday.

03:21And I didn't really think that, you know, that would be too much too soon.

03:24I just kind of thought, yeah, that's a great idea because she's awesome.

03:28And I don't, I'm really sorry.

03:31I didn't realize that I was being so, I'd given you so much pressure.

03:37I just didn't, I didn't mean to do that.

03:39I mean, it was nice of you.

03:41I just feel like it's too much too soon.

03:43And it's, I don't want to move that, that fast.

03:46It just seemed like, you know, a little overwhelming.

03:49I totally understand that.

03:51And again, I'm sorry that my mother reached out to you.

03:53I, you know, she suggested it and I just, I guess I was kind of just a little starstruck

03:58by the whole thing and, and thought that, you know, I don't know.

04:06I mean, I, you know, obviously I gave my mom her name so she could find her and, you

04:11know, my mom said, well, she's not responding to you.

04:12Maybe she'll respond to me.

04:13I, you know, and I thought, oh yeah, that's a great idea.

04:16I don't, I don't always, you know, think things through, I guess.

04:22Jennifer, what if you guys did something more casual and maybe we put the whole meet

04:27in the family on hold?

04:28I mean, if Carter was cool with that, I mean, would you be willing to hang out again?

04:32I just, I feel like there are already all these expectations.

04:35Like maybe, you know, from Carter and his family.

04:38I mean, how do we move slow when they already know all about me and they're already like

04:42expecting me to come over and meet them?
