00:00You know, Megan listed off a lot of things about their date that seemed to go really well.

00:05And so I kind of want to just get right into this and talk to Brett about it.

00:13Yeah.

00:16Hey, man, I appreciate you agreeing to come on with us.

00:18Here's the deal.

00:19Kevin kind of mentioned this to you before off the air is that we wanted to talk to you

00:24about this date you went on with this girl, Megan.

00:26And I'll just tell you what we know.

00:27We know that you guys met up for a drink and then you guys decided to go see a movie.

00:32And she told us there was handholding going on.

00:34Your hand was on her back.

00:37Just a lot of flirting going on.

00:40And everything seemed to go well.

00:42The only thing she was surprised about on the date was that you didn't kiss her goodnight.

00:45That's how great she felt about the date.

00:48And now she's just super confused on why she hasn't heard from you since this date that you guys went on

00:54after seeing a movie together and all that.

00:56And she just was really confused.

00:57So we were wondering if maybe you had some answers for us.

01:02I mean, you know, it's just, you know, by the end of it, I wasn't really feeling it anymore.

01:09And I don't want to, like, get into a ton of specifics or anything.

01:11It just was kind of, you know, an awkward thing.

01:24But, like, you know, some stuff happened that kind of made me a little, you know, put me off a little bit.

01:52So, look, we were watching the movie.

01:55And all of a sudden, I caught some, like, movement out of the corner of my eye, you know?

01:59And I turned to look at her and watched her pull, like, a whole damn tooth out of her mouth.

02:08Like her tooth was loose?

02:11Like, she pulled the whole thing out, and it was, like, attached to, like, a retainer

02:14kind of looking thing.

02:17I had a buddy who had one of those.

02:20And, you know, okay.

02:22I mean, it was kind of a weird thing.

02:25But then, like, I watched her, like, pick at it.

02:29Like, she had some popcorn or chocolate or something.

02:33You gotta clean it.

02:37It was, like, look away, right?

02:39It was kind of, like, train wreck-y for me.

02:41And I was, like, what the hell is she doing?

02:43And she, like, looks at it, and then she just pops the whole thing back in her mouth.

02:46And, like, she must have known it was weird.

02:49She was kind of, like, turned away from me, but not far enough that I couldn't see her.

02:53And then, like, I don't know, like, puts her weird, gross, popcorn-y hand, like, back

02:58on my leg.

02:59And I just...

03:00I couldn't stop thinking about, like, how...

03:03Like, the fact that she just pulled that thing out and was doing it in front of me.

03:06And it was a big, gross note for me after that, you know?

03:10I mean, she probably could have gone to the restroom or something and cleaned it out.

03:13I mean, rather than doing it right there.

03:15So you just were grossed out by this situation, and it ruined it for you.

03:19Well, Brett, Megan's on the phone with us.

03:21And she obviously didn't know that was the reason, because she was trying to figure out

03:26why you didn't talk to her.

03:27I want to bring her back on with us.

03:29Yeah, I mean, I heard what he said.

03:33I mean, seriously.

03:34First of all, it's not a tooth.

03:36It's called a partial denture.

03:38So, you know, let's be an adult here.

03:41And honestly, like, sometimes I just have to pick it out.

03:45I get that things like that happen, right?

03:47Like, I had retainers as a kid.

03:51But, you know, if I'm going to take mine out, I'm not going to do it at the dinner table

03:54or in a movie theater where people are watching.

03:56You know, I'm going to go to the restroom and, like, take care of it out of time.

04:00I didn't want to miss the movie.

04:02It was bothering me.

04:04I didn't think it was a big deal.

04:05Like, we were vibing so well, I felt comfortable enough to, like, just take it out and be done

04:10with it and put it back in.

04:12Like, I honestly didn't think it was that big of a deal.

04:14You're not being an adult about this.

04:17I'm not being an adult?

04:18You could have gone to the bathroom.

04:20And if you didn't think it was that big a deal, you wouldn't have turned away from me

04:24or even tried to hide it.

04:25I saw that you were, like, turning your body away from me.

04:28Well, I want to be, like, somewhat respectful.

04:31But, like, look, if we were going to end up dating, you were going to find out anyway.

04:35Like, we all have our flaws, right?

04:38And, you know, sometimes people have to get things.

04:41It's a partial denture.

04:42Like, I feel good wearing it.

04:44Would you rather me walk around with one tooth missing?

04:47The thing is, it's not that the partial denture is there.

04:55But, like, have some class about it, you know?

06:23And I understand that eventually in the relationship, he's gonna find out these things, you know?

06:32He cared about the fact that it was just a nasty situation going on next to him.
