02:02Well, you know, Jimmy, one thing that is so special about the guitar pole is that, you know, it's an intimate show.

02:08So what are the things that you love about these types of shows?

02:12Just the music lovers get to hear the song, you know, and they get to hear the vocal.

02:17There's no, like, distraction or anything, you know, from the light show.

02:23You know, loud music.

02:24It's just, it's raw.

02:26Kind of how the song was when it was written.

02:28Now, do you test out songs this way?

02:30I mean, you may not do it at a guitar pole because people are here to hear your favorites,

02:33but do you feel like that's your best gauge of how great a song is going to be is playing it acoustically?

02:39Oh, sometimes.

02:41Yeah, because a song is a song, you know.

02:44There's a lot of songs that you can hide behind production that aren't good songs, you know.

02:49Right.

02:50You can put some loud guitars with some big drums and convince yourself and everyone else that it's a hit song.

02:55But it's not.

02:56But, you know, just to play a song, just an increase of the guitar,

03:00and have the same reaction and same connection with people.

03:04It's like, you know, it's a hitty, diddy, diddy.

03:10I would be remiss if I didn't ask you about this collaboration with J-Lo.

03:14I just want to, first of all, applaud you.

03:17And second of all, I'll tell you that I'm jealous,

03:19and I want to know what that was like and how that came together.

03:22So a friend of mine works for J-Lo's camp, and he reached out and said,

03:26hey, we want to do a remix of a song with a country artist.

03:30Would you be interested?

03:32I was like, does the day end in the Y?

03:36What do you mean?

03:37We're not a question there.

03:38Yeah, you're like, I'm not wasting any time on this.

03:40We've got to get J-Lo.

03:42I'm not going to get him a chance to change their mind.

03:44Well, that's cool, man.

03:45And then do you get to communicate with her as like, hey, thank you for letting me reach out,

03:48or is it all through people?

03:49Oh, typically through people.

03:51You know, like, if I see her, you know, we'll say hello and stuff like that.

03:55But I'm pretty chill, man.

03:58Like, there's a couple artists that I'm talking to, you know, when I'm not on stage.

04:02But other than that, man, I'm pretty chill, man.

04:03I'm still a pretty small town.

04:05You know, the same friends I grew up with and the same friends I hang out with now.
