00:00Alright, so this guy goes into the hospital. It's 99.5 QIK, Mark and Melanie, Tampa Bay's

00:05morning crew. Guy goes in the hospital for a, what they call a routine procedure, an

00:10abdominal procedure, okay? It's like, well, alright, cool. Wish him the best, everything

00:14will be fine. He wakes up and he has mistakenly had a circumcision. They have, they have

00:21accidentally, this is a huge mistake, maybe one of the biggest mistakes ever. This story

00:25has gotten so outrageous. It's, it's all the late night shows are now talking about

00:30them. A British man has been awarded over $24,000 after he went to a hospital for a

00:35bladder procedure and was accidentally circumcised. This news first reported by

00:40an anonymous tip. Like I said, it's making the rounds at all the late night shows.

00:48So many jokes. Well, okay, yeah, and I know what everybody's laughing at in that clip

00:53and that's fine. But what I'm going crazy about that clip is he only got $24,000.

00:57That's it. That's it. $24,000. I mean, obviously I don't have this part and I don't know, but

01:05I mean, $24,000 sounds like an awfully low amount to remove a piece of my skin or body.

01:12Well, just, just do the wrong, they're just doing the wrong thing. They're just doing the

01:16wrong thing anyway. I mean. Yeah, but doesn't it make it worse that it's that certain part?

01:20Yes, it does. $24,000. I think this guy should have got a million dollars at least.

01:24I feel like hospitals hand out millions of dollars all the time in malpractice. Like

01:28I feel like it's just like a standard. Well, yeah, they hand out circumcisions too. Like

01:31it's nothing. Well, I'm just saying like, why couldn't he have just said, listen, y'all

01:35need to come with a better number and just start negotiating. I mean, I don't understand.

01:39I think the hospital would have been like, well, we don't want this to get out. Now it's

01:41too late. It's out. I feel like he's going to go back in for some more money because

01:46this isn't a reversible situation. Yeah. This is permanent. Reversible. Irreversible. Not

01:53coming back. It's not like a lizard's tail. It grows back. That's not what this is. This

01:59happens all the time in hospitals. They do the wrong arm or leg or in this case, worst

02:05case scenario. Worst case. This could have been worse. Barely. No, barely. Could have been

02:12worse. Um, but all right. So Texas 800-992-1099 should, how much should he have gotten? Or maybe

02:19was there another thing he could have negotiated? I don't even know what that would be, but I'm

02:23just saying y'all are very creative out there. We read your texts all morning and usually

02:26we just go, Whoa. Okay. Anyway. All right. Didn't think of that. Good. Easily. It's got

02:30to be over a million dollars. I think so. Accidental circumcision, $24,000. Was it right
