00:23And he went into the women's room and then slid under the stall.

00:44Ferndale police want to talk to this guy.
00:47Saturday night at Soho Lounge around 1130,
00:50he allegedly stuck his head underneath the woman's bathroom stall
00:54while she was going to the bathroom.
00:56The woman says the man was in the stall next to her.
00:59She confronted him.
01:01She left her stall, opened the door, confronted him,
01:04and he was just sitting there masturbating.
01:08And Ferndale police say he wasn't trying to hide a thing.
01:12She walked over to his stall and tried to open the door and it was locked,
01:17and he actually unlocked a stall while he was still in the midst of doing what he was doing.
01:22There didn't seem to be any urgency in his desire to escape.
01:30Police say when he was finished, he casually walked out of the bar,
01:34Soho Lounge, handing over this surveillance video to detectives
01:37and fully cooperating with the investigation.
01:40This incident is definitely disturbing.
01:43I'm not sure what's going on in someone's mind when they're seemingly
01:48looking to get caught doing what they're doing.
01:53The suspect is described as a black male in his late 20s or early 30s,
01:57around six feet tall, and he is known to speak very softly.
