In a heartbreaking incident from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Kuldeep Tyagi shot and killed his wife, Nishu Tyagi, before turning the gun on himself. A suicide note recovered from the scene revealed that Kuldeep was suffering from cancer — a fact he had hidden from his family.
In the note, he stated that he did not want to burden his loved ones with the financial cost of treatment, which led him to take the extreme step. The incident has left the community in deep shock.
