00:05revealed that I've been diagnosed with amitrophic lateral sclerosis, also known as ALS. His co-star

00:11Coleman has been supporting during the 2025 NBCU Emmy luncheon that took place at Los Angeles on

00:18April 11th. Coleman tells people that he did not get the chance to know about the health complications

00:23issues of Eric until it was circulated on media. I haven't been able to speak with him yet. I just

00:29got the news yesterday too and I'm wishing him well. I look forward to working with him.

00:34Euphoria has been renewed for the third season in February 2022 and after several delays,

00:40production finally began earlier this year. The two actors star opposite each other in an HBO drama

00:46series, Euphoria. Coleman plays Ali, the sponsor of Senna's character. Rue and Eric is Cal Jacobs,

00:53the father to Jacob's Nate. The Grey's Anatomy. Elam announced earlier this week that he had been

00:58diagnosed with the rare degenerative disease telling people in an interview published on

01:02April 10th. I have been diagnosed with ALS. I consider myself fortunate to have in my support,

01:09my adoring family as we tackle this new phase together. Eric with his spouse Rebecca Geert

01:14shares two daughters, 15-year-old Billy and 13-year-old Georgia. He added,

01:20I feel lucky that I'm able to continue focus on my other projects and I'm very excited about getting

01:25back to work on Euphoria. However, I do request that you allow my family and I some privacy during this

01:31period.
