00:04All right. You know what I got urged for?
00:07I got urged for hot dogs.
00:09And the urge for hot dogs, you know,
00:12when you're in St. Louis,
00:14is you gotta go to the official hot dog of St. Louis.
00:17And that's Steve's Hot Dogs. Yes.
00:20And Steve started his hot dog cart
00:25for his rock band, The Arch,
00:28which is a local St. Louis band
00:30who does the St. Louis Blues Gold Song.
00:33I mean, this guy is St. Louis through and through.
00:35His hot dogs got so popular,
00:37he went to a brick-and-mortar place in 2011
00:40and now has three locations throughout the city.
00:43And, well, we're gonna see
00:46if Steve's Hot Dogs fill the urge
00:50as we go raw-dogging the loo in St. Louis.

01:23Now, Steve's kind of a rocky place.
01:26Of course, you have a rock star owning this place.
01:30You gotta throw up the rock thing.
01:32You got the rock banners in the background.
01:35You know, they...
01:38Hot dogs look good.
01:40I gotta say this. They have a good look to them.
01:42Nice little char marks.
01:45Bun.
01:47I think the bun's a little too much.
01:51A little too much bun,
01:53so the bun-to-dough ratio is not good.
01:55Bun doesn't even feel that good in my hand.
01:57But let's see how the hot dog actually tastes.

02:18It's a hot dog single in the center field.
02:23Now, here's the chili dog.
02:26Chili and cheese.
02:29Interesting that the cheese doesn't melt.
02:33Let's see how the chili actually tastes.
02:48Ordinary chili.
02:51The cheese not melting with the heat of the chili is a little weird to me.
03:02I'm gonna call this a burnt single.
03:21I'm gonna give the fries a 6.7.
03:26Not great.
03:28Not terrible, but pretty much average middling fries.
03:33Well...
03:38I gotta say, I'm a little let down.
03:40I thought this would be a better place.
03:43But if you know the spot that might hit the spot,
