00:20A classic place that's been around nearly 75 years.
00:26And they're an iconic St. Louis hot dog place.
00:30In fact, they're in the Vienna Beef Hall of Fame.
00:34So, you know, this is St. Louis's kind of jealous of Chicago.
00:40Well, if you want to get the Chicago taste, you have to go to Wolfie's.
00:46And they do the Vienna Beef crowd.
00:50So proud that it's Bob Costas' favorite place in St. Louis.

00:56I'm here to see if we cast that Franky Tainty's as a raw dog, Wolfie's, and Seymour's.

02:30Now, I don't see any beans in the chili, but they use just the American cheese slice.
02:39Always diminishes the hot dog a little bit.
02:50Chili has a nice taste, nice texture.
02:55It's a hard single right into the outfield.

03:10And the fries, nice thin cut fries.

03:25You know, they say they serve dogs with dignity here.
03:33And they've been doing it since 1977.
03:35It's always been kind of a drive up place since the 1950s.
03:44But since 1977, when Charlie Ironson, I think that was his name, took it over, they started serving dogs with dignity.
03:50And yeah, I think they do.
03:53Probably the best hot dogs I've had in St. Louis.
