00:04All right, back in Chicago, close to the Wrigleyville section here.
00:09We are at Quartree Dog. Yes, that's right, Quartree Dog.
00:15You can hear the noise coming from the truck.
00:18And, well, it's kind of exciting.
00:21We have a special Griswold Ale.
00:25Well, let me see, though, how these hot dogs are.
00:28Are they pass or are they fail?
00:30Well, there's only one way to try.
00:32That's for me to try and be the judge.
00:35Are these hot dogs worthy to take?
00:37Well, that's what I'm here to find out.
00:58All right, here we are at Quartree Dog's.
01:09Kind of nice little decor here.
01:12And, well, we got the hot dog.
01:15Steamed as always, Vienna beef, of course.
01:18No kaiser dough.
01:20Good coloring. I like the coloring of the hot dog.
01:23Bundle dog ratio is terrific.
01:25He's got little bun sticks with his nose sticking out.
01:27When his nose is out of the bun, that's always a good sign.
01:30Well, let's see how this hot dog actually tastes.
01:38That's a fantastic snack.
01:56I'm going to give this hot dog a triple.
02:06Well, here's a chili dog, kind of sloppy looking.
02:09I see big beans.
02:12Big beans.
02:14Well, let's see how this came out.
02:26You know, I'm not feeling it.
02:33Good snap still comes through.
02:35Chili is very ordinary.
02:37The beans make it sloppy, cheesy.
02:42I'm going to call this an excuse me single.
02:46Where it barely touches the back
02:50and lands in a little dead zone
02:52between the tip of your basement and the catcher.
02:56And you get the first base, buddy, eyelash.
03:00But the hot dog dog, that is a terrific dog.
03:06This was a solid hot dog, you know?
03:09Chicago has great hot dogs all over the place,
03:12so they kind of have to live up to a high standard.
03:15Perfect snap, Vienna beef, one of the best brands you can get.
03:19But, that's what I'm looking for.
