00:16of Milwaukee, close to Pfizer Farm,
00:20and right in the heart of downtown. And we have the Milwaukee
00:24Brat House, a professional drinking establishment
00:28for beer barons, bootleggers, and pasties.
00:32This place is a real throwback. And they
00:36have sausages of all
00:40types, especially hot dogs. You know, it kind of is like the
00:44sausage race at Miller Park. Well, let's see
00:48how these hot dogs rate as we go raw-dogging
00:52in Milwaukee.

01:18Alright, here we go. We got some good looking dogs here, I would say.

01:26Got some good grill marks on this. All-beef hot dog,
01:30jumbo dog. Bun-to-dog ratio is solid, even with
01:34pretzel bun, which is more fun usually. But let's see how it came out.

02:42You know, it's a very good dog. The bacon adds something.
