00:06Yes, like the Redding Railroad in Monopoly.
00:10This is Central Pennsylvania.
00:14And you know, they're pretty serious about their hot dogs here.
00:16They have Burke's Hot Dogs.
00:18They've been making Burke's Hot Dogs around here for 33 years.
00:22Shortly before the Burke's came out.
00:24And they have this place here, the Burke's Dog House.
00:27And you know, they serve up the Burke's Hot Dogs.
00:31And you know, they're so serious about hot dogs here,
00:34that the AA team, the Redding Fighting Fellows,
00:37occasionally will play as the Redding Hot Dog Catchers.
00:42Why I have this hat on and not my regular hot dog hat.
00:45So let's see if this dog house is a top dog
00:50or should be sent down to the miners and DFA'd.

01:13Alright, here we go. We got the Burke's Hot Dog.
01:16The coloring, well, it's average.
01:20Bun to dog ratio, though, sub-standard.
01:24See, the dog don't stick out of the bun.
01:28This is a little smaller than the bun.
01:34Bun not warm.

02:02It's a little roller that the dirtbag suit
02:06has to put in his pocket.
02:08It's a single.
02:11And here's the chili cheese, the coney dog.
02:14Use the coney sauce.
02:17Let's see how it is. I like the liquid cheese.

02:33The cheese and the chili do add a little extra touch to it.
02:37Give it a little more flavorfulness,
02:40a little more body to the hot dog.
02:43I am going to give this hot dog
02:47a solid single right up the middle.
02:52Double A. Minor leagues.
02:56Mediocrity.
02:59This place was pretty mediocre.
03:02But that's why we try them.
03:05We find out which places are great
03:07and which places are Double A.
03:12Not that Double A is bad,
03:14but I have a higher standard.
03:17So if you know a place that will reach my standards,

03:21Recommend hot dogs to me.

03:24Keep raw dogging.
03:27Take me out for some hot dogs.
03:31Get me one that's only plain.
03:34No mustard or horseradish ketchup.
03:38I'll know what the dog is really about
03:41when it's hope that this is a good one.
03:45Maybe a horn or a double.
03:48But if it sucks, it will be a strike out
03:51and not worthy of my taste buds.
