As COVID-19 is spreading across the U.S., President Trump and New York Governor Andrew Cuomo continue to contradict one another when it comes to measures they say must to be taken.

01:12the areas of greatest need have already been sent and we have

01:174,000 being delivered to New York. What am I going to do with 400 ventilators when I need 30,000?

01:24You pick the 26,000 people who are going to die because you only sent 400 ventilators

01:31Private companies are heeding our call to produce medical equipment and supplies

01:36because they know that we will not hesitate to invoke the DPA in order to

01:41Get them to do what they have to do

01:44Nobody's going to build 40,000 ventilators unless they know someone is buying

01:4940,000 ventilators and that's what the federal government can give them with the DPA. I'd buy 40,000 ventilators
