00:03Yeah, you know, we're tough to live in a place like this.

00:05You have to be tough.

00:07But as tough as we are is as loving as we are

00:11and is as big as our heart is.

00:14And when someone needs something,

00:16there's no place I'd rather be.

00:36I will turn this state upside down

00:39to get the number of beds we need.

01:37There is despair, Mr. President,

01:40in the faces that you don't see,

01:43in the places that you don't visit,

01:45in your shining city.

02:26We have brothers and sisters

02:29who are working hard every day

02:31but can't pay the rent and afford to eat,

02:35and they have to make a choice,

02:36and they need affordable housing.

02:38That's why we have homeless Americans.

03:23What we said when we were there was,

03:25we're not just going to build back neighborhoods and homes,

03:29and we're not just going to provide shelter quickly.

03:32We're actually going to build communities

03:34that are better and stronger

03:36than they were before the hurricane.

04:07and all my friends who stuck with me

04:11over a very long and bumpy road

04:14with ups and downs,

04:16but people who never gave up on me.

04:40Twenty states have already started to use it.

04:45We'll establish a program allowing up to 20 hospitals

04:48to prescribe medical marijuana

04:50and we will monitor the program to evaluate the effectiveness

04:54and the feasibility of a medical marijuana system.

05:15Since taking office,

05:16Andrew Cuomo has given massive tax breaks to corporations

05:20and the super rich.

05:22While he has decimated our infrastructure

05:24and starved our state,

05:25its cities and its rural areas of their most basic services.

05:50What am I going to do with 400 ventilators

05:53when I need 30,000?

05:56You pick the 26,000 people who are going to die

05:59because you only sent 400 ventilators.

06:01We're not going to accept a premise

06:06that human life is disposable

06:12and we're not going to put a dollar figure on human life.

06:17The first order of business is save lives, period,

06:22whatever it costs.

06:33My brother, Chris, is positive for coronavirus.

06:38Found out this morning.

06:41The, now, he is going to be fine.

06:47He's young, in good shape, strong,

06:54not as strong as he thinks, but he will be fine.

06:58You just see one dimension, right?

07:00You see a person in his job,

07:02and in his job he's combative and he's argumentative

07:05and he's pushing people, but that's his job.

07:08That's really not who he is.

07:10He's a really sweet, beautiful guy,

07:15and he's my best friend.
