00:00We're developing a vaccine in record time.

00:02The other administration would have been years, and we're almost there.

00:06It's going to be announced very soon.

00:08We'll be ready before the end of the year, and we will very easily defeat the China virus.

00:13The vaccine, by its nature, you have to have long tests because you have to make sure what

00:18goes into somebody's body is not going to do destruction, do bad things.

00:24So you need long tests, and they're doing great with the vaccines, but it's still a

00:31long process.

00:32It will be delivered before, in my opinion, before the end of the year, but it really

00:37might even be delivered before the end of October.

00:40How do you like that?

00:41Wouldn't that be nice?

00:42That would be nice.

00:43And you know why?

00:45Not because of the election.

00:47Be nice because we want to save people.

00:49I don't want to say times, because every time I say a time, if you don't hit it, they'll

00:53say.

00:54I don't want to talk about time, but I will say that there's been tremendous progress

00:57made over the last month.

00:59This would have taken two or three years by the last administration, and in all fairness,

01:04by most other administrations.

01:06We have upped it to a level that nobody even believes is possible and totally safe.

01:12Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, rated the most liberal, are undermining science and risking

01:18countless lives with their reckless anti-vaccine rhetoric.

01:22This is going to go away without a vaccine.

01:24It's going to go away, and we're not going to see it again, hopefully, after a period

01:28of time.

01:29You may have some flare-ups, and I guess I would expect that.

01:34Sometime in the fall, you'll have flare-ups, maybe.

01:38Maybe not.

01:39But according to what a lot of people say, you probably will.

01:41We'll be able to put them out.

01:43You may have some flare-ups next year, but eventually it's going to be gone.

01:48We remain on track to deliver a vaccine before the end of the year, and maybe even before

01:53November 1st.

01:55We think we can probably have it sometime during the month of October.

01:59And you know, there are some viruses and flus that came and they went for a vaccine, they

02:03never found the vaccine, and they've disappeared.

02:06They've never shown up again.

02:07They die, too, like everything else.

02:17and I just heard from some of the big drug companies, and they're saying FDA has really

02:23been moving the process along.

02:28We must be careful in all conditions, but we will get this done.

02:35We're very close to a vaccine.

02:37Unfortunately, we're not very close to testing, because when the testing starts, it takes

02:41a period of time.

02:42But we'll get it done.

02:43I think I can say when we have that vaccine.

02:46I think I can say it with pretty good surety, based on what we're seeing, that rather than

02:51taking long periods of time and bringing it out slowly, we're able to bring it out very,

02:56very quickly.

02:57It's one of the things with a vaccine, when we have a vaccine, we have to do tests, because

03:02when you inject that vaccine, when they take whatever it is they have to take, we have

03:07to make sure it doesn't have a horrible impact, destroy somebody, could.

03:13So we have to test it for a long period of time.

03:16Instead of the usual sequence of vaccine development, testing and trials, followed by production,

03:22our strategy is to conduct these phases simultaneously, so everything goes at one time.

03:28We're not waiting and waiting and waiting.

03:31It's all going at one time.

03:32We have a system that has, I think it's unparalleled, never been done before, but we suspect it's

03:39going to work and work very well.

03:40Other things have never had a vaccine and they go away.

03:44So I don't want people to think that this is all dependent on vaccine, but a vaccine

03:48would be a tremendous thing.
