00:26that gave a comment on his life related to the arrest of former President Rodrigo Rojo Duterte.

00:32We have directives that we are following to avoid political activities that will comment.

00:39We have already filed a case.

00:41Patrolman Francis Steve Fontilias was also found absent without official leave

00:46since March 6.

00:48Fontilias will face allegations of violation of Article 142

00:53or inciting to sedition of the revised penal code

00:55in relation to Cyber Crime Prevention Act of 2012.

00:59QCPD once again reminded
