01:43Senate President Pro Tempore Dingo Estrada called on the Filipinos to remain calm while the legal process is underway.

01:51He said to avoid joining any violence, spreading misinformation, and any steps that will aggravate the situation.

01:59Some congressmen, however, insisted that the arrest of Duterte is just a proof that no one is above the law.

02:20And here in the House of Representatives, we are not afraid to call on the victims of EJK to take responsibility.

02:31House Quadcom, Lead Chairperson Robert Ace Barbers, said that the arrest of former President Duterte is a major step towards justice.

02:42He said that it is not just about one person, but above all, it is about the return of public trust in the justice system.
