00:17According to Trillanes, the affidavit he filed came from the Umanoy Bureau of Customs Fixer Mark Taguba and Customs Intelligence Officer Jaime Guban.
00:29This affidavit will prove that Paulo Duterte is the one who is carrying out drug shipments in the past administration.
00:35Also included in Trillanes' file are the evidences that were used by the prosecutors to convict Taguba
00:42which included 6.4 billion pesos worth of shipment of drugs from China in 2017.
00:49The complaint will be remembered by Trillanes in the National Prosecution Office of DOJ in July 2024.
