00:06laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte na siya sanang magiging simula ng paglilitis.

00:15Sa susunod ng linggo na sana, June 2, 2025,

00:19ang presentasyon o pagbasa ng Articles of Impeachment laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte

00:24na magiging hudyat para makapag-convene na ang Senado bilang Impeachment Court.

00:28Pero inanunsyo ni Sen. President Francis G. Escudero

00:32na iuurong na ito sa June 11 para magbigay daan sa pagpasa ng mga prioridad na panukalang batas.

00:38Sa sulat niya kay House Speaker Martin Romualdes,

00:41sinabi ni Escudero na nagkasundo sa LIDAC o Legislative Executive Development Council

00:46na ipapasa ang mga mahalagang panukala na nasa legislative agenda ng 19 Congress.

00:52Inisa-isa pa ni Escudero ang mga mahalagang panukalang yan,

00:55sabi ni Sen. President Pro Tempore Jingo Estrada,

00:59ang pinakamandato pa rin ng Senado ay bumuon ng mga batas para sa kapakanan ng mga Pilipino.

01:05Pero hindi ba uulanin ng kritisismo ang naging pasya ng liderato ng Senado?

01:09Hindi naman, as long as we are really bound to hear the impeachment case against Vice President Sara Duterte.

01:21It is our constitutional duty to hear it.

01:24Subalit, pinalaga ni Estrada ang ilang puna na baka hindi matuloy ang impeachment trial.

01:29May mga bulong na hindi na rao uusad ang impeachment case laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.

01:38Dead on arrival daw.

01:40Kulang daw sa boto.

01:42Tapos na bago pa magsimula.

01:45The grad standing lang yan na minuwala na lagi si Chismis.

01:48We are not going to abandon our constitutional duty to hear the impeachment case against the Vice President.

01:56Si Senate Minority Leader Coco Pimentel planong kwestiyonin ang bagong hakbang sa impeachment sa pagbabalik sesyon kung bakit ito iniurong.

02:05Katwira ni Pimentel kung tutuusin po pwede na rao itong nagawa noong Pebrero.

02:09Hindi na yan in the spirit of forthwith, the trial shall forthwith proceed.

02:15Kung makikita mo yung spirit ng rules,

02:17Pagka nagsasabay ang impeachment at legislative matters,

02:25dapat ang nagigiveway ang legislative matters, not the impeachment.

02:30Pero ilang senador ang umangkla sa desisyon ni Escudero.

02:34Sabi ni Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian,

02:36sangayon siya na ilaan ang susunod na dalawang linggo para tapusin ang mga bills

02:41at iba bang prioridad na panukala bago mag-convince sila bilang impeachment court.
