03:33including murder, rape, torture, and others.

03:37Aside from former President Rodrigo Duterte,

03:40other people being investigated by the ICC are former PNP chief Bato de la Rosa,

03:44former PNP intelligence officer Eliezer Mata,

03:47former PNP chief Oscar Albayalde,

03:50former NPC commissioner Edilberto Leonardo,

03:53and former CIDG chief Romeo Karamat Jr.

03:56The Philippines became a member of the ICC in November 2011

04:01under the administration of former President Noynoy Aquino

04:04after the ratification of the Rome Statute,

04:06an international treaty that establishes the principles and objectives of the ICC.

04:12The Philippines is its 117th member.

04:15In March 2018, the Philippines left the ICC under the administration of former President Duterte.

04:21And a year later, the Philippines formally left the ICC.
