00:00You know, certainly, George, the Yankees have been hit with some injuries, but it's really

00:03fascinating to see that there's still plus 390 on the FanDuel Sportsbook to win the America

00:10And then you see the Orioles there at plus 650, Boston plus 800, Texas.

00:15That's the kind of team that I'm circling right now is Texas at plus 800, Houston 8-1,

00:20Detroit up and coming 10-1, so is Minnesota, Seattle, Cleveland, and then we know Kansas

00:25City has the pitching as well.

00:27So there's one thing that I'd like to add to this conversation, which is what I do.

00:31It's my yearly talk about some of the favorites in sports from the betting side.

00:37George, there are teams like Notre Dame, Alabama, the Yankees, you know, when Tom Brady was

00:46playing with the New England Patriots, you just simply are never going to get a good

00:49number.

00:50I mean, the Yankees could lose six players, and it still wouldn't make any difference

00:56whatsoever for the upcoming season because people love betting on them.

01:01And so, you know, will there ever be a year where the Yankees will be 15-1 to start the

01:07season?

01:08I don't think so, man.

01:09And it really doesn't matter who the names are, although they don't have any on the back

01:12of their jersey, I should say, just numbers.

01:13They're going to change that eventually, too, by the way.

01:15So yeah, you know, for me, the Yankees' number is never good.

01:20They're a public team, right?

01:22So that's just what it is.

01:23They're a public team, so you're not going to get a good number on them.

01:25I mean, I think most of us don't think the Yankees will win the division, but there's

01:29no great team here, but it's a competitive division, right?

01:32In Boston, we think it should be a good team.

01:34I know they have pitching injuries of their own they have to worry about here, but they

01:37should be a good team.

01:38Toronto, you know, I joked during the break, I can't escape this team.

01:41I just cannot escape the Toronto Blue Jays, and I look at this roster, and I like the

01:46roster.

01:47I think it's a good overall team.

01:48Okay, maybe not so much, but the good overall team, they'll be there.

01:50Baltimore, okay, they've got problems in the rotation, but they should be a good team.

01:53Even a Tampa Bay Rays.

01:54I mean, playing in, you know, starting around the field, because Tropicana, and they've

01:58got to redo Tropicana, really?

02:00When I get rid of this bomb of a ballpark here?

02:03But they should be a decent squad as well.

02:05They have a very good bullpen here.

02:06Same thing with Shane Baz, by the way, a player I actually was high on, not doing that well

02:13But it's going to be a very competitive division.

02:14I don't think anybody runs away with it.

02:16So I think it will be close.

02:17It might come down to whichever team can stay healthy from this point on, and do whichever

02:20team can make the best moves by the trade deadline.

02:22But you're never going to get a good number on the Yankees, and that Juneau just went

02:26over.

02:27Yeah, they've had some injuries, but they should get Louie Hill back, right?

02:30I would say around the All-Star break.

03:16So there's no, you know, really direction for me to go other than to talk about the

03:21If the Yankees are there, the Orioles, Red Sox, Rays, even though this could be, like

03:26last year was actually a down season for them for the first time, it feels like in forever

03:30and they still were competitive.

03:32But Toronto, I do not like at all.

03:34I've talked about maybe that being one of my favorite unders of the season and their

03:38season win total.

03:39Who do you have winning?

03:40I tell you one thing, I'm going to do a process of elimination.

03:45I don't think it'll be Tampa, you know, so I'm going to take them out.

03:48Baltimore's rotation is just bad.

03:51So I don't think it'll be them.

03:52This is so disappointing on the Orioles.
