00:01Good afternoon from Pag-Asa Weather Forecasting Center.

00:03This is our update on the weather for the next 24 hours.

00:09The Easterly's or the hot winds from the Pacific Ocean continue to blow here in a large part of our country.

00:15Because of the Easterly's, we hope, we can see here in our latest satellite images,

00:20we will experience a high chance of heavy rains, floods, and landslides

00:26in the eastern part of our country, particularly here in the eastern Visayas,

00:31in the provinces of Albay, Sorsogon, and also here in the area of Dinagat Islands.

00:38Meanwhile, in Metro Manila and in the other parts of our country,

00:41this hot and stormy weather will continue,

00:44accompanied by sudden and quick rains caused by localized thunderstorms.

00:50We also hope that for the next 24 hours, this area of the extreme northern Luzon

00:55will also experience fair weather, but there will be a chance of light rains or floods.

01:00That's the end of our hope for the Easterly's, starting tomorrow.

01:05At the moment, we are not yet monitoring the low-pressure area or the bad weather

01:11inside and outside of our Philippine area of responsibility for possible thunderstorms in the coming days.

01:18For those who are planning to visit Luzon tomorrow,

01:23this area of Batanes and Baboyan Islands, the extreme northern Luzon area,

01:28because we hope that starting later today until early tomorrow,

01:33we will experience a change in the northeast monsoon, which is cold and windy.

01:37This hot and stormy weather will continue in Metro Manila and most of Luzon.

01:42There are still thunderstorms at the end of the Easterly's,

01:45usually from the afternoon to the evening.

01:48This is the area of the extreme northern Luzon.

01:50If we will experience rain, these will be just light rains or floods.

01:57In Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao,

02:02this part of the country will continue to be cloudy,

02:04up to the cloudy Papuirin, where there will be heavy rains, floods, and landslides.

02:12so there is a high chance of thunderstorm development here in the eastern sections of Visayas and northeastern Mindanao.

02:33And for the condition of our country, there is no gale warning that has been raised.

02:47here in the seaboards of the extreme northern Luzon.

03:03because we are hoping for the new eruption of the Northeast Monsoon or AMIHAN in the coming days,

03:13Fair weather here in the northern and central Luzon,

03:18in the regions of Ilocos Region, Cordillera, and Cagayan Valley,
