00:08This shear line is affecting the eastern part of the Northern and Central Zones,

00:14while the ITCZ or Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Mindanao.

00:19This ITCZ is in the middle of the wind from the Northern and Southern Hemisphere.

00:25At the moment, we have issued a final weather advisory for the shear line,

00:30but this shear line will still bring heavy rains and isolated thunderstorms

00:37to Cagayan, Isabela, Apayaw, Calinga, and Aurora,

00:42while the ITCZ will bring heavy rains, landslides, and landslides to Mindanao.

00:49Amihan or North-East Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rains to Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

00:57The weather is better in Metro Manila and other parts of our country

02:12The average temperature in Puerto Princesa and Calean Islands tomorrow is 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.
