00:08At the moment, we are monitoring a low-pressure area inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:16And earlier, we were expecting this to be 915 kilometers away.

00:21This is in the east of Southeastern Mindanao.

00:24This low-pressure area still has a low chance of having a typhoon.

00:30Even so, it still brings heavy rain and lightning when it rains and snows here in the Mindanao area, as well as in Eastern Visayas.

00:39We can see that this low-pressure area is still possible to get closer to our country's landmass.

00:46That's why we should still be careful, especially when it comes to expectations.

00:52For the time being, in Metro Manila and other parts of our country,

00:56partly cloudy to cloudy skies and there are chances of localized thunderstorms.

01:01For the time being, tomorrow, we are expecting that because of the low-pressure area,

01:09it will be possible to have rain in Bicol Region while in other parts of Metro Manila or in other parts of Luzon,

01:17partly cloudy to cloudy skies and there are chances of localized thunderstorms.

01:22So, it's still possible that a large part of Luzon will still be hot and cloudy.

01:27The temperature tomorrow in Metro Manila is 23 to 33 degrees Celsius.

01:3222 to 33 degrees Celsius in Lawag and Tuguegarao.

01:3715 to 24 degrees Celsius in Baguio.

01:4021 to 32 degrees Celsius in Tagaytay.

01:4325 to 32 degrees Celsius in Legazpi.

01:47The temperature tomorrow in Puerto Princesa is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

01:5226 to 33 degrees Celsius in Caleaan Islands.

01:57For the time being, tomorrow, in Visayas and Mindanao,

02:00we are expecting that in Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, as well as in Caraga and Davao Region,

02:07when it comes to approaching the low-pressure area,

02:10it will be possible to have cloudy skies and there are chances of localized thunderstorms.

02:17For the remaining parts of Visayas and Mindanao,

02:30rainfall advisory or heavy rainfall warning if necessary.

02:35As for the temperature, tomorrow in Tacloban and Caguiendeoro is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:4226 to 32 degrees Celsius in Cebu.

02:4525 to 32 degrees Celsius in Iloilo.

02:4824 to 33 degrees Celsius in Davao and 24 to 33 degrees Celsius in Zamboanga.

02:56We still do not have a high-level gale warning for any country in our country.

03:02As for the three-day weather outlook of our main cities,

03:06the low-pressure area in the city of Legazpi will continue to be affected,

03:10so Thursday to Saturday in Asan, we expect that it will be rainy in their areas.

03:14So be careful, especially in the rainy days,

03:16in the following days due to floods or landslides.

03:21In Metro Manila and Baguio, the weather is better

03:24where there are chances of localized thunderstorms.

03:28The highest temperature in Metro Manila is 33 degrees Celsius.

03:3315 to 25 degrees Celsius in Baguio City and 24 to 32 degrees Celsius in Legazpi City.

03:42As for the main cities in the Visayas area,
