00:05The southern part of Mindanao is still affected by the Intertropical Convergence Zone

00:10and it is still flooding with heavy rainfall in some parts of Mindanao.

00:14And we expect that it will continue to give heavy rainfall

00:18with low to moderate rainfall and thunderstorms here in Davao region,

00:23Soxargen and the provinces of Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi.

00:27Meanwhile, the northeasterly wind flow is still affecting northern Luzon.

00:34And it is still flooding with heavy rainfall and low to moderate rainfall

00:39here in Batanes and Cagayan Province.

00:42Meanwhile, in the remaining part of northern Luzon,

00:44there is only mild rainfall that can be experienced

00:47because of the northeasterly wind flow.

00:50Here in Metro Manila and the remaining part of our country,

00:54basically, we are still experiencing fair weather

00:57except for the isolated cases of floods and landslides,

01:01especially in the afternoon and night here in the eastern section of the country,

01:05such as the eastern section of central Luzon,

01:08eastern section of southern Luzon and the eastern section of Mindanao and Visayas.

01:14In the next two or three days, we do not expect a storm or tropical cyclone

01:20that can enter our area of responsibility.

01:23For now, we will continue to monitor the updates of the forecast.

01:29Meanwhile, in the next 24 hours,

01:31we expect that there will still be heavy rainfall and low rainfall here in Batanes Province.

01:37Meanwhile, in the remaining part of Luzon, including Metro Manila,

01:40there are only isolated cases of floods and landslides.

01:43So, there is only mild rainfall that can be experienced

01:46because the easterly winds are still prevailing in a large part of Luzon.

01:50Meanwhile, for our temperature in Metro Manila,

01:53from 23 to 32 degrees Celsius, 23 to 31 in Tuguegarao, 17 to 26 in Baguio,

02:00and in Tagaytay, 24 to 31 degrees Celsius, while in Ligaspe, 26 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:07Let's move to the southern part of our country, in Mindanao.

02:11There is still a high chance that the eastern and southern portion of Mindanao will be affected by the Intertropical Convergence Zone tomorrow.

02:21and there will still be mild to moderate rainfall.

02:24Meanwhile, in the remaining part of Mindanao,

02:27in Visayas and Maguizapalawan,

03:52Meanwhile, in El Gaspi City, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius,

03:55and partly cloudy to cloudy will also be favorable.

03:58In Visayas, it is expected to be a wide rainfall,

04:01except for localized thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.

04:0525 to 32 degrees Celsius in Metro Cebu is expected to be the highest temperature,
