00:00
Good afternoon Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao who are retornated to our time.
00:05
The southern part of Mindanao is still affected by the Intertropical Convergence Zone
00:10
and it is still flooding with heavy rainfall in some parts of Mindanao.
00:14
And we expect that it will continue to give heavy rainfall
00:18
with low to moderate rainfall and thunderstorms here in Davao region,
00:23
Soxargen and the provinces of Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi.
00:27
Meanwhile, the northeasterly wind flow is still affecting northern Luzon.
00:34
And it is still flooding with heavy rainfall and low to moderate rainfall
00:39
here in Batanes and Cagayan Province.
00:42
Meanwhile, in the remaining part of northern Luzon,
00:44
there is only mild rainfall that can be experienced
00:47
because of the northeasterly wind flow.
00:50
Here in Metro Manila and the remaining part of our country,
00:54
basically, we are still experiencing fair weather
00:57
except for the isolated cases of floods and landslides,
01:01
especially in the afternoon and night here in the eastern section of the country,
01:05
such as the eastern section of central Luzon,
01:08
eastern section of southern Luzon and the eastern section of Mindanao and Visayas.
01:14
In the next two or three days, we do not expect a storm or tropical cyclone
01:20
that can enter our area of responsibility.
01:23
For now, we will continue to monitor the updates of the forecast.
01:29
Meanwhile, in the next 24 hours,
01:31
we expect that there will still be heavy rainfall and low rainfall here in Batanes Province.
01:37
Meanwhile, in the remaining part of Luzon, including Metro Manila,
01:40
there are only isolated cases of floods and landslides.
01:43
So, there is only mild rainfall that can be experienced
01:46
because the easterly winds are still prevailing in a large part of Luzon.
01:50
Meanwhile, for our temperature in Metro Manila,
01:53
from 23 to 32 degrees Celsius, 23 to 31 in Tuguegarao, 17 to 26 in Baguio,
02:00
and in Tagaytay, 24 to 31 degrees Celsius, while in Ligaspe, 26 to 31 degrees Celsius.
02:07
Let's move to the southern part of our country, in Mindanao.
02:11
There is still a high chance that the eastern and southern portion of Mindanao will be affected by the Intertropical Convergence Zone tomorrow.
02:18
So, there is still a chance that there will be heavy rainfall there,
02:21
and there will still be mild to moderate rainfall.
02:24
Meanwhile, in the remaining part of Mindanao,
02:27
in Visayas and Maguizapalawan,
02:29
there is a chance that there will be heavy rainfall until heavy rainfall,
02:32
and there is a chance of isolated thunderstorms.
02:34
So, there will be landslides and landslides in the afternoon and evening.
02:38
For the temperature here in Metro Cebu, from 25 to 32 degrees Celsius,
02:42
26 to 32 in Tacloban, 25 to 33 in Puerto Princesa City,
02:48
27 to 32 in Calayaan Islands, and 24 to 33 in Iloilo.
02:52
In Cagayan de Oro, from 24 to 32 is expected to be the highest temperature tomorrow,
02:58
25 to 32 in Davao, and 25 to 33 in Zamboanga City.
03:04
We also don't have a gale warning right now for the higher parts of our coastal areas,
03:08
although we are still taking care of our fishermen,
03:11
especially here in the Northern Luzon,
03:13
in the northern or extreme northern Luzon,
03:15
where it is mild or moderate until the ocean conditions are favorable.
03:22
For our extended weather outlook here in Manila,
03:25
and basically, generally good weather,
03:27
although our time is expected to be hot,
03:31
because easterlies are prevailing at least in the next five days,
03:35
based on our outlook.
03:37
So, 24 to 33 degrees Celsius is expected to be the highest temperature.
03:42
In Baguio, it is also isolated from rain or thunderstorms,
03:46
at 25 to 17 to 26 degrees Celsius will be the highest temperature.
03:52
Meanwhile, in El Gaspi City, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius,
03:55
and partly cloudy to cloudy will also be favorable.
03:58
In Visayas, it is expected to be a wide rainfall,
04:01
except for localized thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
04:05

04:10
24 to 33 in Iloilo,
04:12
and 25 to 32 in Tacloban City.
04:18
In Mindanao, particularly here in Metro Davao,
04:20
Sunday and Monday, it is still possible for it to be cloudy,
04:23
and weak to moderate rainfall due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone.
04:28
25 to 31 degrees Celsius will be the highest temperature.
04:32
In Cagayan de Oro, it is 24 to 32 degrees Celsius,
04:36
and 25 to 32 in Sambuaga City.

04:41
it is possible for it to be cloudy and weak to moderate rainfall.
04:47

04:50
and it is expected to be sunny tomorrow at 5 to 9 in the morning.
