00:05It's still an Easterly season in our country and it's raining heavily in the southern part of the archipelago,

00:12particularly here in Southern Leyte, Carraga, and even in Davao Oriental.

00:20don't forget to bring an umbrella or raincoats,

00:23and be alert to the possibility of flooding

00:27because the rainfall here is weak to the extent that sometimes it pours heavily.
