00:00Good afternoon to all of us. This is an update on the weather forecast.

00:04Last night, we were able to monitor the tropical storm with an international name, Bebinka,

00:09at an altitude of 1,435 kilometers in the north-east of the extreme northern zone.

00:15It has a strong wind that reaches up to 85 kilometers per hour in the middle,

00:20and a storm that reaches up to 105 kilometers per hour.

00:24It moves north-westward at a speed of 35 kilometers per hour.

00:29And if we can see in our satellite imagery, it is also in the north-eastern boundary of our PAR,

00:35and we expect that our Area of Responsibility will enter tonight,

00:40and we will call it storm C4D.

00:43And if we can see here, it will only pass through our park,

00:47so tomorrow morning or early in the morning, we expect that it will also leave our Area of Responsibility.

00:55Although it is far away and it does not have a direct effect on our Philippine landmass,

01:00it will continue to enhance the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat,

01:05which will cause heavy rains tonight in parts of Mimaropa, Western Visayas,

01:13Negros Island Region, and in the western section of Mindanao.

01:16That is why we are warning our countrymen against flooding and landslides.

01:22Here in Metro Manila, as well as in other parts of our country,

01:26we expect that our skies will be cloudy tonight,

01:30and there is a high chance of heavy rains, landslides, and landslides

01:35due to the trough or the extension of the storm,

01:38the so-called tropical storm Bebinca, as well as Habagat.

01:42So be careful, especially those who are going home to their homes this afternoon until later tonight.

05:52the moderate or slight to moderate sea condition is possible.

05:57And here is our latest TC threat potential.

06:01And if we can see here,

06:03outside our far, the one with TC,

06:06this is what we are watching now,

06:08that a typhoon will come or that it will be severe.

06:10But we also have, by next week,

06:12another circulation that we can see

06:14that could possibly form here in the eastern part of our country.

06:18And if we can see in our truck,

06:20it will be far or the truck will be higher.

06:23So this is not landfalling or possibly this is not landfalling.

06:27But once this is a typhoon,

06:29we expect that it will hit the coast again

06:33where by next week,

06:35the rains that we experienced will continue,

06:38especially in Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

06:41That is why we will continue to monitor the updates

06:44that are coming out of the forecast.

06:47And this is what we expect,

06:49that there will be heavy rains

06:51or even the areas that we expect

06:54that will experience heavy rains

06:57will bring typhoons for the next three days.

07:33Sultan Kudarat, and Sarangani.

07:35Meanwhile, tomorrow afternoon until Sunday afternoon,

07:39heavy to intense rains,

07:41100 to 200 mm of rainfall

07:44that we expect in Mimaropa,

07:47Aklan, Antique, and Negros Occidental.

07:50Moderate to heavy rains in Bicol Region,

07:53the rest of Negros Island Region,

07:55and the rest of Western Visayas.

07:57When it comes to Sunday afternoon until Monday afternoon,

08:01the part of Occidental Mindoro,

08:03northern portion of Palawan, Aklan, and Antique

08:06will continue to experience heavy to intense rains.

08:10And we also expect moderate to heavy rains

08:12in the southern portion of Quezon,

08:14the rest of Mimaropa, Camarines Sur,

08:17Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate,

08:20Negros Occidental, and in the southern part of Western Visayas.

08:24In the areas that I mentioned,

08:26our countrymen are being careful and prepared

08:30because there is a possibility that

08:32the next day when it rains,

08:36it may cause floods and landslides.
