00:00Good afternoon to all of us and our top dates for the upcoming time.

00:04The North-East Monsoon is still affecting the Northern and Central Luzon area.

00:09It will still bring tonight weak to moderate rains in the Cordillera and Civil Region,

00:16Cagayan Valley, and Aurora and Quezon.

00:20Because of the Easterlies or the hot wind from the Pacific Ocean,

00:24the Bicol Region will also experience heavy rains, thunderstorms, and landslides.

00:31But here in Metro Manila, as well as in other parts of Luzon,

00:35the sky is expected to be cloudy tonight,

00:39but it is still possible that there will be weak rains or thunderstorms,

00:42especially in the early hours of the day.

00:45As for Visayas and Mindanao,

00:47we do not expect any severe rains this afternoon until later tonight.

00:51And if they experience rain,

00:53these are just temporary rains brought by the Easterlies.

00:57We are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or storms

01:01that may affect our country for the next 3 to 5 days.

01:06For the upcoming time tomorrow,

01:09the North-East Monsoon will have a weak effect.

01:12That is why we are expecting a cloudy sky here in Cagayan and Batanes.

01:19And in other parts of Northern Luzon,

01:21the weather is expected to be clear,

01:23but it is still possible that there will be weak rains,

01:25which will also affect our country.

01:27But here in Metro Manila,

01:29as well as in other parts of Luzon,

01:31we are expecting a generally fair weather condition tomorrow.

01:35It is expected to be clear morning to afternoon,

01:37but in the afternoon and evening,

01:39we have a chance of temporary rains brought by the Easterlies.

01:44The temperature tomorrow here in Manila is around 23 to 31 degrees Celsius.

01:49In Tagaytay, it is around 20 to 29 degrees Celsius.

01:54In Baguio City, even if the weather is mild,

01:57it is still cold with a minimum temperature of 15 degrees

02:00and a maximum temperature of 24 degrees.

02:03Inside, the temperature is around 22 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:07Let's go to Tuggeraung,

02:09where because it is cloudy tomorrow,

02:11it is still around 20 to 29 degrees.

02:13The temperature is still mild,

02:15and in Miligaspi City, it is around 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.

02:19In Puerto Princesa and Calayan Islands,

02:22the maximum temperature tomorrow will be around 32 degrees.

02:50The temperature in Iloilo and Metro Cebu

02:54is 25 to 32 degrees Celsius,

02:56and 25 to 31 degrees in Tacloban City.

03:00In Zamboanga and Metro Davao,

03:03the maximum temperature tomorrow is 33 degrees,

03:06while the maximum temperature tomorrow is 32 degrees in Cagayan de Oro City.

03:11For our women who will go fishing,

03:14we still have a high gill warning

03:16in the Baybayin of Cagayan,

03:18or in the eastern coast of Cagayan,

03:20Isabela,

03:21northern coast of Aurora,

03:23and in the northern and eastern coast of Catanduanes.

03:59But when Monday or Tuesday comes,

04:01we see that it is possible for a new storm to hit Amihan,

04:06so by Tuesday,

04:07in Baguio City,

04:10with weak rains.

04:12And here in Caminilaan,

04:14we also have a chance to catch a storm,

04:16by Tuesday,

04:17brought by Amihan.

04:20In Metro Cebu, Iloilo, and Tacloban City,

04:23for the next 3 days,

04:24or until Tuesday,

04:26we do not expect heavy rains,

04:29so they will continue to experience light weather,

04:33except for heavy rains in the afternoon and at night.

04:38Meanwhile, in Metro Davao,

04:39because of the Easter list,

04:40by Sunday,

04:41we expect that they will experience

04:43scattered rains,

04:45landslides,

04:46and landslides.
