00:06Week across central Lancashire and the Fylde Coast.

00:11First up, in Preston, Forget Me Not is on at the Preston Playhouse between Wednesday

00:16January 29th and Saturday February 1st. Presented by the Hall Players, Forget Me Not is a play

00:23written by David Tristram which is full of hilarious twists and turns. The show follows

00:29a man called Robert Seinfeld who claims he has lost his memory and Detective Inspector

00:34Munro who becomes more confused the deeper he digs. Tickets are £12 for adults and £11

00:41for senior citizens, students and children.

00:45In Chorley, Jap to Jap Car Rally is on at Heskin Hall on Sunday February 2nd. This monthly

00:52event which usually happens on the first Sunday of each month gives petrolheads the opportunity

00:58to unite for a day of all things vehicular. Hosted by Jap to Jap, the ultimate Japanese

01:04car club, the gates to the event open at 11am. To take part with a car it's £3 whilst

01:11motorbikes are free. Heskin Hall's Cafe at the Manor will also be open offering fresh

01:16food and there's a bar too.

01:20Slightly further out in Rivington, the iconic Pigeon Tower is having an open day on Saturday

01:26February 1st. Built between 1905 and 1909, the Pigeon Tower is the focal point of the

01:33Rivington Terraced Gardens and offers spectacular views of the surrounding Lancashire countryside.

01:40On the first Saturday of every month, its volunteer ambassadors open the Pigeon Tower

01:44for visitors to take a look inside. Attendees are asked for a donation for entry, all of

01:50which goes towards the maintenance and upkeep of the gardens.

01:54Over on the Fylde Coast, Boys Life are performing at the Winter Gardens Opera House on Friday

02:00January 31st. The supergroup, comprised of Boys Zone's Keith Duffy and Westlife's

02:06Brian McFadden, are currently on a UK tour celebrating the iconic and defining hits from

02:11both acts. During the show, which starts at 7.30pm, expect to hear a mixture of Boys Zone

02:18and Westlife classics. Tickets are still available, running from £34.75 to £47.95 for standard

02:27tickets, whilst VIP tickets are £166.75.

02:33Finally, a rather unusually named show is also on in Blackpool the same night that Boys

02:39Life are in town. The Toilet Paper Diaries is on at the Old Electric on Friday January

02:4431st. Running between 7pm and 8.30pm, the Toilet Paper Diaries is a semi-autobiographical

02:52play written and performed by Porcelain Delaney. It promises to be a heartbreaking and hilarious

02:59tale which anyone with endometriosis or another condition which has led to medical gaslighting

03:05will instantly recognise. Tickets are £8 and an age guidance of 14 plus is provided.
