00:03We can dive into some things more with the Eagles.

00:05The Chiefs are plus 210 to win the Super Bowl.

00:08Mahomes' Super Bowl MVP odds are plus 260.

00:12Plus 260 is a better number compared to plus 210.

00:16If the Chiefs win the Super Bowl, who wins MVP?

00:20It is probably going to be Patrick Mahomes.

00:22Like eight and a half times out of 10, it's going to be Mahomes.

00:26Maybe one time it's Travis Kelce, he has a massive game, or a receiver.

00:31And then one time, maybe it's someone like Chris Jones who has multiple sacks, a forced

00:36fumble, blah, blah, blah.

00:38The point being, you are getting a better number when you are betting on the player

00:43to win MVP.

00:44So when it comes to MVPs, quarterbacks have won them 33 times, wide receivers eight, running

00:49linebacks seven, linebackers four, DNs twice, safeties twice, corner once, D tackle once,

00:56and then kick returners last punt returner once.

00:58So the overwhelming majority of the time, if a team wins, it's going to be the quarterback.

01:05So if you like the Chiefs to win, you don't have a Super Bowl future, maybe you had a

01:10Lions future, maybe you had a Rams future, whatever it might be.

01:13Those are done.

01:14You don't have any more futures in the mix.

01:15You want to have a little bit of action over the next few weeks.

01:18If you bet on Mahomes at plus 260 to win MVP, Super Bowl MVP, you are effectively betting

01:24on them to win the Super Bowl at a better price.

01:27The more interesting argument can be made when it comes to the Eagles.

01:31The Eagles are the Super Bowl favorite right now in the Faneuil Sportsbook at plus 185.

01:35Kirk's is plus 550, Saquon is also plus 550.

01:40So what I would say, you know, Mahomes wins it eight and a half times if the Chiefs win.

01:44I don't know what that is for the Eagles.

01:47Maybe it's like six times, six out of ten times Hertz wins it, four out of ten times

01:51Saquon wins it.

01:52Or maybe it is a six for Barkley and four for Hertz or three for Hertz and then one

01:58for maybe Brown or Smith.

02:00So again, if you like the Eagles to win, if the Eagles make the Super Bowl, Saquon Barkley

02:07is not going to be plus 550 to win Super Bowl MVP.
