00:17Hi everyone, I'm Jocelyn Chan.

00:19We customize cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, and rice biscuits and other desserts based on your taste.

00:30Jocelyn Chan is a pastry chef.

00:32She has been a pastry chef since she was a child.

00:39I started baking when I was young.

00:43When I was young, I really loved arts.

00:46But I didn't pursue it because my parents said,

00:50Computer Engineering is what you want now.

00:52So, I followed my parents' advice.

00:54When I graduated, I became an extra.

00:59I became an extra.

01:01I baked brownies.

01:03That's how I started.

01:05I graduated from Computer Engineering.

01:07So, I went to the office first.

01:09I tried to pursue my course for one year.

01:14But I wasn't happy.

01:19I fell in love with baking and designing cakes and desserts.

01:29Before, I was just a gift-giver.

01:32But now, I'm a word-of-mouth.

01:34Actually, I still bake and design.

01:39I had a design assistant before.

01:44She needed growth.

01:48Now, she's a soloist.

01:49When I have events, my staff is the one who set up.

01:53But I'm more into design and baking.

01:57Now, I help part-time students.

02:02So that they can earn money when I take them to events.

02:07I heard that they earn a lot.

02:09They said,

02:10Our life is more comfortable than before.

02:17Now, we have an extra income.

02:21I feel different when I attend events.

02:24They appreciate what I do.

02:28I feel different.

02:30No matter how tired I am,

02:32I feel good when I see them.

02:35When they see my designs,

02:37I feel overwhelmed.

02:42You should pursue your passion and craft.

02:47When your heart is with what you're doing,

02:51the outcome will be better.

02:53Just like me, I love arts.

02:56I also love baking.

02:58A lot of people enjoy what I do.

03:01That's why I'm happy.
