00:44come and see you, but then you've got their parents that are into you as well.

00:48Is it wild when you meet these young people and they say, wow I can do it too, what am

00:51I doing sitting around playing Xbox all day, I should be in a band?

00:54No, so many of them start bands, it's really, really awesome and we are very inspired by

00:59them as well.

01:21You guys have obviously played some big shows in the past, you were on tour with Green Day

01:24for a while, some of the big bands reach out to you and say why don't you open for

01:27us?

01:28And you guys pranked them, right?

01:29We pranked Green Day and we won also.

01:31You got a prank war with Green Day?

01:33And we won.

01:34What was their best prank and then what was your best prank?

01:37Well we made this big banner and we taped it onto their inflatable, what's it called?

01:47On the last show they put on the Cars for Kids commercial on the screen while we were

01:51playing.

01:52Okay look, they were taking advantage of having control over the screen.

01:56We couldn't do that kind of thing because it wasn't our tour, but we tried.

02:01What did the banner say that you taped on their blimp?

02:03It said Linda Lindas rule and we drew a cat that was the one eyed bastard on it.

02:07But yeah, we definitely won just out of the sheer quantity of pranks that we pulled on

02:12them.

02:13Yeah, the thing is in January, Billy Joe told us, he was like, oh I can't wait for tour,

02:17we're going to play so many pranks on you.

02:19So we went into it.

02:20And they didn't.

02:21We were thinking, oh no, we're going to get pranked so hard.

02:23So we came at them first.

02:25No, but the thing is, before I researched all of the pranks that they pulled on other

02:29people and I think they didn't know what to do because I couldn't hire male strippers.

02:36There's a lot less that you can do.

02:37You got to be careful if you're going to go on tour with Linda Lindas.

02:40They will make sure that they are toe to toe with you in the pranks, which is important.

02:52Like what is the biggest surprise as far as people you've been able to play with that

02:54you were like, oh my God, I can't believe this is actually happening.

02:58I like grew up listening to like the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Slater Kinney.

03:02And they were bands that like my parents put on a lot.

03:05And we also got to meet like the Talking Heads, which was like so crazy.

03:08We got to play with Jawbreaker and that was so fun.

03:12Tonight you're going to be on the rotating stage.

03:14My recommendation is someone who has almost fallen every year is you be very careful as

03:17it's moving around.

03:18Keep the music going nonstop from start to finish.
