02:43To take birth on earth, it comes back to the moon.

02:47The birth food comes to earth from the female body.

02:52The ancestors of Jiva also come to the moon in the same way.

02:56They give their own part to Jiva.

02:59The collective part of the seven generations is called Jivatma.

03:03The moon is our Somlok.

03:06It is the son of Atri.

03:07It is the wife of the sun.

03:08It is also the husband of the 27 stars.

03:11It is also the nourishment of medicines.

03:13Medicines are the journey of Jiva.

03:16Through them, Jiva enters the male body.

03:20From there, it is installed in the female body.

03:23The moon also gives men and women the power of progeny.

03:28The moon enjoys one star in a day.

03:31The moon has a month of 27 days.

03:35In the male body, in 28 days, it gives 28 parts one by one.

03:40This is called Sehpind.

03:42In the male body, Jivatma becomes self-supporting.

03:46In the female body, in 28 days,

03:49Atri gives birth to a child through menstruation.

03:56Somlok is the seed of creation.

03:58Jivatma of all earthly beings comes from the moon.

04:03The body is also created by nature.

04:06Still, whatever difference is visible is due to the fruits of Jivatma.

04:12Because our birth is due to ignorance,

04:15therefore, our difference is visible.

04:18It is not even visible in front of the body.

04:20The reason for this is also the moon.

04:22From the moon, both the food and the mind are formed.

04:25It takes about 9 weeks for the mind to be created from food.

04:31What feelings are there in the mind of a person who is hungry for food?

04:34This is also important.

04:36Food is God's prasad for me.

04:38Through food, I am giving enjoyment to the inner self.

04:41Food makes my mind pure.

04:43May God continue to fill everyone's stomach like me.

04:46This is a Satvik feeling.

04:48With Satvik food, mind, tongue, speech, all three remain Satvik.

04:53This is the way out of the three qualities of being self-sufficient.

04:58With this solid food, the five major elements of the body are formed.

05:03Out of that, the space and the lunar bodies,

05:07and the mind are formed.

05:09Because the process of creation of the five major elements

05:12begins with the sky, whose volume is Naad.

05:15The sky is the paternal institution of the elements.

05:18Therefore, all four influence the elements.

05:22That is, our speech is also influenced by food.

05:25When two people talk, what is the difference between the two?

05:30Naturally, both are equal, but there is a difference in fate.

06:11Swami, ahinkar vash apne sevak ko kuch bhi apshabd keh deta hai.

06:16Kaun sun raha hai sharir?

06:18Kaan bhi nahi sunte.

06:19Man sunkar bheetar bhejta hai.

06:21Jeevatma sunta hai.

06:23Sevak sharir nahi hai.

06:24Uske bheetar baitha aatma hai.

06:26Aapke kantak usse chubhte hai.

06:28Chunki aapke bheetar bhi wahi baitha hai.

06:31Atah kantak lotkar aapko chubhte hai.

06:34Jaisa doosron ke liye karenge, waisa hi lotkar aapke paas aayega.

06:38Vaastvikta toh yeh hai ki,

06:40Mooh se nikalne se pehle, aapka man un shabdon ko sun chuka hai.

06:44We shabd aapke rapt ko prabhavit kar chuke hai.

06:48Baatme bahar nikalte hai.

06:50Tab soche, ki samajdaar kaun hai?

06:52Sevak apni prakrati dwara sanchaalit hokar bol raha hai ya kar raha hai.

06:56Wahi uski patrita bhi hai.

06:58Swami prakrati se hatkar,

07:00Ahankar vash bol raha hai.

07:02Aur iska kaaran hai,

07:03Swami ka ann,

07:04Jo adhikanshtah amaryarit ho jata hai.

07:07Ahankar, gyaan aur badh ka karan,

07:11Buddhi ikmani ke karan.

07:13Falswaroop, uska man,

07:14Waise hi karmo se garvit hota hai.

07:16Aaj shikshit parivaaron me yaha drishya aam ho gaya.

07:19Angreji ne aag me ghee ralne ka karya kiya.

07:23Angreji me bhaadiya darshan nahi hai.

07:25Shesthata ka ghamand hai.

07:27Swachhandata ka matavaran hai.

07:29Aise me maanviya samedhana ka abhav hi dikhai padta hai.

07:33Parivaar me poshan tattva alputam rahta hai man ka.

07:37Buddhi vilas ki charcha adhik rahti hai.

07:40Aise parivaaron me sevak shramik bankar rahta hai.

07:43Maanviya bhiwaar ka swaroop yaha dekh sakte hain.

07:46Sarkari suvidha prapt adhikari vyakti ka

07:49chaturth shreni karamchariyon ke prati bhiwaar dekh kar toh chonk jayenge.

07:53Kyunki unki ashikshit patniyon ka bhiwaar

07:56unka abhimaan aur bhagya ka chamatkar dekhne yogya hota hai.

08:00Sevak bhi itne hote hain ki

08:02istiyon ko grah kare karne ki abhashyakta bhi nahi lagti.

08:05We bhi purushon jaise hi aakramakta ka pradarshan karti hain.

08:10Annah bhi dono ka laghak samaan hota hai.

08:13Yaha prakriti apne poon swas swaroop me dikhai deti hai.

08:16Maya jaal aur bhramit karmo ki shrinkhla anvarat bani rahti hai.
