00:00Instruct the player to start on all fours with their knees shoulder-width apart and their hands placed on the end of a ball.
00:08Dig the toes into the ground, engage the scaps or the shoulder blades and look forward keeping the head in neutral.
00:17Instruct them to raise off their knees keeping them at 90 degrees or an L shape.
00:23Slightly bend the elbows and squeeze their body tight.
00:27You are looking for them to have a flat back.
00:30Hold tight for 5 seconds and repeat the set up to 5 times.
00:35To check for stability, get a partner to gently push the torso when the player is holding shape.
