So the parcels come off a truck from Sydney or Melbourne and basically they'll get put in our dock

they'll get bought inside throughout the day or any part of the 24-hour shift then they get

processed and put into their designated ULD sort of depending on where they're going

and it could be any part of the river arena and then what happens then that ULD will get put into

our dock and then overnight trucks come they'll load up all the product procurement all the product

Putamundra, Temora or Griffith wherever it's going and then that'll get taken to

to that particular DC early in the morning very early in the morning generally when people are

asleep so sort of three four five o'clock in the morning and then that product will be processed

again at the processing center it'll be able to give it to a postie or a contractor depending on

what it is if it's mail small packet or a large parcel and then it'll get delivered to the customer
