00:40for Cagayan, Isabela, Calinga, and Apayau.

00:44Because within the next 24 hours, or this afternoon,

00:48until tomorrow afternoon, it is possible for them to experience moderate to heavy rainfall.

00:53That is why we are warning our countrymen,

00:56especially those who live in low-lying areas and in mountainous areas,

01:00for the possibility of flooding and landslides.
